Identified! GA - Newton, WhtFem 522UFGA, 25-30, red white & blue bandanna, May'85 Mary Anga "Angie" Cowan

Beverli has brown eyes. Jane Doe's were blue. Beverli is also a 4" taller, though there's room for error on height.

We received a new map from the GBI about our unidentified Jane Doe.

From the email:

Here is the map I received from IsoForensics. This map is from a bone sample of the deceased. The area in red is likely where the deceased was living a majority of the time the 8 to 10 years before death.

The doe network case number 522UFGA

GBI Case Number 15-0020-01-14

If someone can post this map into their post rather than putting it in a PDF file (like I have it now) please feel free.

Sorry Tricia, no luck. Would you please describe which area the isotopes linked Jane Doe.

Hmmmmm.....I'm getting a permission error when I try to access her Namus page. Maybe they've identified her????

Grew up in Newton, about ten miles from where she was found. Was born in '89 so this was after my time, but there is definitely nothing in that town but farm land.
Hwy. 91 is a common route for truckers heading up from Florida to other east coast destinations, she must have either snuck onto a truck and jumped/fell off, or hitch-hiked and was pushed out.

Sleuthed the states with red from Isomap linked above (NY, VT, NH, ME, MA, NY, PA, WV, NM, AZ, NV, CA, OR, WA).
Below are five missing women that could not be ruled out* as not being Jane Doe: (In no particular order)

1. Dorothy Richardson:

2. Janet Brice:

3. Cindy Haumann:

4. Theresa Louise Rains:

5. Dorothy Bois:

Does anybody think that we can rule out any of these five women?

* Many other women fit the profile of Jane Doe, but had DNA samples on Namus that had "tests completed", so the assumption was that this these women are automatically ruled out

Hello, I joined this site yesterday. It was because of this missing person, Christine Teresa Huyer. She is 1st cousin to someone close to me. They were not close due to geography. Huyer is a maiden name. She was not known to be married (by her cousin) at the time of her disappearance. Other than who her family is, most of what I know about her I have learned from searching the net in the last 24 hrs. I only met her once, when she was probably a younger teen. I hope that is helpful in some way.

I do not believe they automatically rule them out. I think you have to submit someone to namus and then they will compare them

I looked at her picture, and I'm almost 100% sure it's a match!!

I have to agree with you, the nose, the structure of the face. I have not had a chance to browse this whole thread but if this has not been submitted I believe it needs to ASAP.

The structure of Christine Huyer's face is much different than the Jane Doe's face. Look at the low point of the bridge of their noses right between their eyes (Called the nasion). The Jane Doe's nasion is very narrow. Christine's is broad.

Christine has very broad temples. The margin between Christina's eyes and her temples is broad. The Jane Doe's is narrow. If you overlay the ventilator photo of Jane Doe with christine's photo, you can see that Christine's nose has more vertical length than JD's has.

And FWIW, Christine has chipped upper front teeth. No mention of chipped teeth or restorations or Crowns on the Jane Doe (though absense of mention does not mean absence).

Huyer and the UID both have DNA profiles available, but it's probably worth asking (the UID has no ruleouts).

And yeah, I was going to say their nasal bridges are totally different. Also, the UID seems to have a longer face. Can't compare their ears though, Huyer's 70s style hair is in the way.

Also, if Huyer grew up in Florida, she's not going to match the isotope results. The isotope results clearly stipulate (assuming she's not from outside the US) someone probably from New Mexico or Vermont, possibly from upstate NY or Cali.

I'm new to this site and seeking information about missing person Christine Huyer. She is a 1st cousin to my wife.
