The girl with the panhandlers was not Dana, but was another exploited girl, per Danas mom on her missing page. So, is it Ebby? Or who? I hope we find out who that was so we can keep helping the ones who still need it.

Lt. Dustin Free with the North Little Rock Fire Department said, "Until we get a positive ID and notify next of kin there's not a whole lot I can tell you about the body."

He added it does appear the body has been in the river for awhile, but cannot confirm the gender.

This is the group that I follow. Yesterday, her mother posted that Dateline had contacted her. She declined their offer because she thought that one hour wasn't enough time to share Ebby's story. The post is gone now, but a followup response is still on the page. More recently, Mr. Jernigan responded to someone saying 'he thinks' there have been 3 ground searches.

Search conducted yesterday, another today:

They are expecting about 30 people to show up for the search. Volunteers will gather at Bowman Road and Markham at 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 16.

It remains to be seen if these items are related to Ebby, but reading this gave me chills and I can't think of a reasonable explanation besides something sinister.

Searchers found several bones, along with a bag full of women's clothes and handcuffs.

"Skeletal remains" in the article is a bit misleading, they found a couple bones of unknown provenance. Although I'd love to see this case solved, those bones could be anything. I live on a farm and there's a fairly long bone in my front yard right now from who knows where...

But it sounds like the bag, bones and handcuffs were close to each other. That would be some strange farm activity!! I'm not discounting that theory. I am laughing at the image of that farm party my head has created, though! Ok, back to serious.

According to her missing page, shes not one of the girls. But, hopefully they are getting closer! I feel like they have to know something since they found her car!
