Saw a post upthread from someone about to draft a victim family tree, perhaps in graph form? Does anyone know if that has been posted? (sorry, I'm not savvy in that area)

Even if she didn't, I am having a hard time understanding her not knowing the address where she fed and watered dogs and chickens.
I am curious to find out what the mailbox looked like.

I would say it's not at all unusual in rural area.. I have stayed places where the address was RR1 (rural route 1) with the name of the post office. Even knowing street names out in the "boonies" is less important than knowing how to get there.

Is someone handcuffed in this video, that is one of the trucks that was towed, right? Maybe he just has his hands behind his back to not touch the truck on the property. Out of the video from the link.

ETA: I'm thinking not in handcuffs. Just peering into the vehicle carefully.

Where did this happen?

Oneida County, Idaho in April 2013. Father, son and son's girlfriend were all murdered. An infant and 2 year old girl were found in the home unharmed. The father and son were involved in dogfighting and there was evidence of a marijuana operation on the property.

Dropthepuck this is interesting, thank you. Here's a link. This shows it is not entirely impossible for someone to have traveled from out of state and that a grow operation could be involved. People tend to think that is impossible.

I know you and others ran al this info down quite a few threads ago. Could you give a runddown of how you found this information about property ownership and link to the public docs sites that got you to this conclusion? That would be a great help to those who missed it in those earlier threads.

I would be happy to, but I'll have to do it in just a bit. I'm not near my pc. All of my information about the properties came from Pike County Redorder online. You can find deeds and divorces and follow the trail of the properties all on the recorders site. Some of my other posts with the maps came from the Pike County Auditor maps.

All my information about the businesses came from Ohio Secretary of State site. The way I found Scioto River Trading was by the phone number DR used for her posts on cars. Then used the address to find the owner and that opened up another can of worms

I think there's some connection between the manager of BB and a singer. Maybe that's what the OP was alluding to? Idk, as I said yesterday, anything is possible at this point because we don't freaking KNOW anything.

We know because MSM tells us:
1. 8 members of the same family were killed
2. 7 of the 8 suffered multiple GSW
3. CRSr and GR were found together, with possible staging of the bodies, no sign of forced entry
4. CRSr's door was locked per 911 call by BM, but no word on which door or if all doors were locked. CRSR's dogs were and still are missing.
5. BM had a reason for being at CRSr's residence.
6. FR, HG and their 6mo old along with FR's 3yr old were found together, children unharmed.
7. No word on whether forced entry happened.
8. DR, HR and CRJr were found by her brother at the same address along with HR's 4 day old baby, baby unharmed. Their dogs were let out ny person or persons unknown. Rumor states CRJr may not have been found inside. It has never been officially confirmed that HR and CRJr were found here.
9. DR was laying somewhere close enough to the door for her brother to see her and back out.
10. KR was found alone, in bed with money strewn about his legs by DS some 5 hours after discovery of the other Rhodens. His dog was present.
11. 3 of the 4 crime scenes allegedly had marijuana grow ops. We don't know which 3, but with the discovery of a tray of MJ plants by DS, we can say with confidence that KR was 1 site.
12. There is involvement with selling used cars by CRSr, KR, DR and FR.
13. There was a divorce between Clarence Rhoden (CRSr's father) and his wife that split that generation between the two.
14. KR has ties to people convicted of drug violations in KY
15. There was an altercation between Union Hill people and some teenagers approximately 2 weeks before the attacks.
16. The teenagers involved in the altercation have supposedly cleared their names and are no longer suspects
17. Cars have been towed from 2 of the scenes.
18. CRJr was involved in an altercation with an adult female who was convicted of assault and had an RO against her in the few days leading up to the attacks.

The boss of CR1 and CR2 and other family is very intertwined into the Rhoden family and businesses.

I'm voting cuffed. I saw a photo of this in a slide show, and to me if he was peering into the truck, he'd have his left hand up and bracing himself.

Unless he's trying not to touch the truck knowing that it's going to be towed? Because earlier in the video he's in a pow wow of police, so I wonder if it's an investigator even, which he probably wouldn't want to touch anything because I believe that's JM's truck, which was towed that day IIRC.

Depend on the actual shape of the trailers. I'm not afraid of ghost.And as a single mom for years a home sometimes is a hard thing to come by.

I'm not afraid of ghosts either, but, think of the costs to clean all of that out of those trailers, and you can see from the overview that most are not in prime condition to begin with. By the time they release them that is going to be soaked into the floors, walls, and ceiling, not to mention the odor potentials when it rains. It would be a big ole nope for me. Now if they were new? Maybe.

Could this possibly be where some of the sexual abuse came in? were the females in the family the victims? This could explain HRs sad and dark comments and could also explain the sister's wanting nothing to do with the property/memories?

I realize that this is a stretch, but, I've been pondering this; I just found it interesting that a division and divorce happened around the time that the elder Rhoden was released, especially since the reason he was incarcerated to begin with was weird. So, who were the victim(s) & did that start the deep divide? He seemed to be very special to BJM & a couple others listed in his obituary, in 2008 (they also list Geneva as his wife even though they'd been divorced for 13 years). Could something that far back simmer for this long? Maybe people who didn't believe someone, or turned a blind eye, turned the victim(s) away again when approached to join up in the money making? I know that's far out there, but, sometimes it's something like that finally makes someone snap.

You have to pick the state and then county and then you can search.

You can see actual deeds, documents, power of attorney... once you do your search, names will pop up on the right side of the screen. Pick the name you want and then it pops up with that persons records. Click on whichever one you want and then a "Details" screen shows up, but what most people don't know is that below the "Details" section there are 3 more lines in blue that say PDF Viewer, Quick Viewer and Tiff viewer. When you click on one of those it pulls up the actual document. I use quick viewer because then it just opens up in the same window. Hope that helps.
