IMO I doubt he will get a judge only trial. LR was different in the sense he was publicly named as POI with no arrest and whatever your opinion of him I'd say publicly assasinated by media from the start. I still believe BRE will get a trial by jury thats my thoughts. I also dont think he will give up anything you dont hire arguably the best defense lawyer (not to mention expensive) in town to then roll over and admit guilt.

Oh there is no chance he is admitting anything IMO, at least he can't appeal on grounds of poor representation. I suppose that is a positive.

I just don't agree with judge only trials, regardless of the LR case, I think it's wrong and to suggest members of the public couldn't make a fair assessment because of one statement really underestimates the average citizen in my opinion and the judicial process.
Even a jury flown in from over east would have been a fairer outcome.
As soon as a judge was appointed there was almost no chance of him being found guilty any reasonable doubt gets him off.

An interesting observation here.....

The Fountain Way house was sold in April 1997 yet BE was still shown as being at that address in four published electoral rolls after that date up to and including the electoral roll dated 8 April 1998.

He is first shown as having moved back with his parents in the electoral roll dated 7 July 1998.

Now, there was a somewhat early federal election on 3 October 1998 that John Howard called on 30 August 1998. He was first elected on 2 March 1996.

There was probably some speculation in the media leading up to the 1998 announcement that Howard would go early, nevertheless most people who had changed their addresses would leave it until the announcement before changing their enrolment. But not our BE it would seem.

While he may have had a troubled mind following some alleged events that occurred in 1996 and 1997 it was seemingly not so troubled as to encourage him to allow his enrolment to lapse.

He seemingly had the presence of mind before the election announcement to respond sometime between 8 April 1998 and 7 July 1998 to likely press speculation of an imminent poll. That timeframe coincided with Costello handing down his 1998 budget on 12 May 1998 after which the press speculation of an early poll probably intensified.

That tells me BE has a keen interest in politics and takes his civic duty to vote seriously.

Correct, as I said, the events possibly occurred during a relationship. The state of the relationship during this period is unknown.
To suggest that the assault/killings started around 1995, when he is also allegedly linked to an attack in 1988 seems strange.
Where, why & when did his evil ways begin? What triggered him off? That is what my point was. Not to differentiate between a sexual attack and a rape murder.

I hadn't forgotten about the 1988 attack. I was just referring to events about his relationship status with EC. I am still adamant he would find it hard to explain his movements living under someone else's nose. After the killings he would be coming back home in the early hours of the morning by the time you take in to account what time the girls went missing and where their bodies were found. Remember SS was last seen at 2am. Then there would be cleaning/disposing/hiding any evidence that may be left in his car. All suspicious behaviour in my eyes.

Only mentioned, because people persists in having the CSK jumping out from every building or bush in Claremont.

It is a fact, that BE was married between the time he moved into Fountain Way and June 1995.

He allegedly stole a kimono and committed an indecent assault in 1988, so had a criminal pre-disposition, that may or may not have been acted on further until a stressful period.

Despite people trying to link him to every killing or sex attack in Australia (many of which already have very reliable POI's) the most relevant time period IS February 1995 to March 1997 when his relationship deteriorated. He was in another relationship by 1998.

IF BE is the CSK. Why wouldn't he go on Facebook? All attention was focused elsewhere. He probably only started sweating when the Posts article on the possible vehicle emerged.

I remember this too. I also grew up in the area. I also remember another girl being found strangled in the house opposite (what was) stokely station. I went to school with her I'm sure and I know there's a post on my Facebook somewhere where she is named (i just have a terrible memory for some stuff). A bloke was caught for that murder, but, as we know, there's nothing to say it's the right guy.

I'm BE's vintage give or take a few years. As a teenager in Perth there were a number of social identity groups that kids fit into. The two most common were surfs and bogs/ bogans and these two groups were the ones most diametrically opposed. Other groups were skins, punks and mods.

Bogs wore black ripple sole desert boots, tight black jeans, ac/dc t- shirts, fkanelette shirts, ear rings, tatts, ciggies tucked into the shoulder of their t-shirts, footy shorts to swim in etc.

Gosnells , Thornlie, Huntingdale etc was bogan central.

Not that it matters but maybe BE was a try hard bogan so kids called him boggsy. Or maybe he was a hard core bogan and picked it up that way.

Bogs did actually identify themselves as bogs too. It wasn't like only everyone else called them that. The whole thing was an image of perceived toughness and antisocialism.

Yes, quite right. We'd often describe someone as a bog in the 80s/90s - particularly if they liked ACDC etc. But given that it was used to describe quite a sizeable group of people, it's hard to see it being used as a nickname for one person specifically unless he was kind of the biggest bog you've ever met or, as you hinted at, ironically - ie he's a wannabe bog.

Now do you want to slowly address the questions posed to you (for example about the specific dates you found, the concern re the ABN introduction in 2000 which caused others to make a similar mistake, and the way in which you proved the trust had zero connection to BRE)? Rather than just repeating the same generic facts, please supply more specific info, with proof where possible, so you can settle the matter once and for all. People are asking you for more information because posters here post all sorts of inaccurate stuff as 'facts'. Nothing personal, just based on experience. If it's because you know some of the people, just say so.

[emoji888]That's why I asked earlier whether he owned or towed his own boat. A boat in tow may not routinely have its contents checked if the driver was pulled over in transit.
Or perhaps there was access to a boat moored somewhere?
Total seclusion out on the ocean at night, and no one would think twice about the amount of gear being transferred from a car to a boat to a car, nor of a fisherman hosing down his vessel after a fishing trip.
As for 'the catch', he could have just bought fish and said he'd caught them, I bet plenty of fishermen do that ;-)

Numbers for Gay Street go 134, 138 (behind 140), 140, 142, 144 etc. Some changes made during time of sub division.

The 142 Lot becomes his "man cave" for whatever reason
