I wonder why there's literally no information on this Jane Doe... The January date is probably just a placeholder. Did they lose the files? Why no DNA, but yes dental? They obviously found the skull... What else did they find? And where? Hartford county has a lot of big cities and a lot of small towns... Even a general AREA would be nice. Where is the body? Cremated? Buried? Why can I not find any info on her at all?

Yeah, it would be nice to get info on this. I'm still looking for Jan Cotta, and there are several Uids that could fit, but there's not enough info to go on for them.

Do you think this could be Jan? If you do I would love to see if we could suggest it and try and drag some info out with it!

I don't see Jan as a rule out, but don't have enough to suggest her.

Honestly, nobody has enough to suggest anyone. This case has pretty much no information. It would be nice to at least try.

How about Geraldine Lisbon?

I don't see why it wouldn't be her, she fits in the age range and has the same hair color (and that's all that we really know). I'd say go for it and submit her, what's the worst that could happen? There's literally no information there.
Do you think the time between her missing date and UID found date is enough to match the remains?

She is closest in time and location so was my first suggestion. I can search for other possible matches this weekend when I have more time.

I bet! There's no rule outs listed so ... she probably hasn't been ruled out. And she went missing in 1977, the UID was supposedly dead for "years". It would've been two. I say it's as good as we're gonna get.

https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/3297/69 NamUs said she has dental, which is all the Doe has.

Cuccia was last seen in Brooklyn, New York on May 7, 1974. She met a friend at the PS 211 Park and they hitchhiked together to a disco located at 96th Street and 3rd Avenue. Once they were inside the club, Cuccia and her friend separated. Her friend observed Cuccia speaking with two Caucasian males later in the evening in the disco. This was the last time anyone saw Cuccia.

Authorities believe that she was forced into the unidentified males' car, which is described as a passenger vehicle with a blue metallic finish. Cuccia may have been taken against her will to Massachusetts. She has never been heard from again.

If she was taken to MA (charley project page mentions the car had MA license plate), they may have gone through Hartford. Namus indicates that dentals are entered.

Anna Kenneway
missing from Manchester, CT (15 minutes from Hartford)

MANCHESTER — — The last time anyone reported hearing from Anna Bertha Kenneway was in June 1954, when the Manchester woman called a coworker from a payphone, saying she was upset and thinking about leaving her husband.

Now, police are trying to revive the decades-old missing person case that a detective on Monday called "highly suspicious."

Kenneway was last seen on June 4, 1954, when she was 42 years old. Her husband of 12 years, Philip Kenneway, never reported her missing. Det. Max Cohen said he is working to enter the case information, including photos and a relative's DNA sample, in a national database to prompt a possible match with an open investigation somewhere in the country.

Philip Kenneway, who worked as a machine operator at Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, told The Courant in 1954 that he last saw his wife on June 4. Anna also worked at the aircraft factory and was last seen there on that day.
