Not sure, but it sure looked like her, without her robe & like she had just gotten a haircut or her hair was flat ironed. If it was, it was strange. I hope someone else saw it.

Wasn't watching but this would not surprise me in the least.

One more hour until they are released for the day correct? Or can they opt to stay?

Don't know if they can stay if the want. They left at 4:00 on the dot yesterday, so probably will again today....just like the jurors on the last AH trial in that courtroom.

I keep logging off and coming back on hoping to see 78 new posts here lol.

I think tomorrow there will be a verdict. Friday is a popular day for verdicts unless they are hung.

Is anyone here an attorney or someone with law experience who knows if it is a mistrial will RB walk? I hope not.

I sure hope this jury doesn't fall for the lies Bella's 'mom' testified to in the trial. I hope they realize she has a deep seeded vested interest to lie in order to escape her own criminal culpability.

I truly believe she is the one who killed little Bella. It would be such a grave injustice for Bella if the very one who killed her got away with it. :(

But tragically I have seen cases where the woman always blamed the man and the juries bought it.

I read a case last year where a man spent many years in prison for killing a child and the female parent testified against him, but his attorneys were able to find evidence years later showing that he did not do it and the female was the one who had actually murdered the child.

Justice for Bella will only come when her mother is held fully responsible for her death.

Great post, OBE, and one I agree 100% with.

O/T: Has anyone heard anything from Dogface after the surgery?

When you read this, Dogface, please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I offer my condolences in the loss of your grandmother. I hope there is someone with you that will pamper you.

Raw video MM and RB arraignment back on Sept 21, 2025 Deakin giving all the details to the judge. Very interesting. I never saw this before. At times MM looking like what the heck and shaking his head for instance when Deakin says MM said it was "she's a demon it was her time to die.

I absolutely don't know what to think about the jury taking this long. Sounds as if there may be a hold out or maybe more than one. I would be one absolutely refusing to find MM guilty with the evidence (or lack of) presented. I would not cave.

The longer a jury stays together and even shares meals together, the more they bond. (no pun intended on the word 'bond') I hope the defense attorney on the jury incessantly points out that the only so-called evidence the prosecution has offered is the word of RB, and that is worth even less than nothing. I believe RB to be the real murderer.

Lastly, I have to say that I think the jury instructions are playing a hand in this deliberation. They are confusing.
