Dylan Redwine's father arrested in connection to son's death 22 July 2017

Evidence found in Mark's truck due to a confidential informant telling investigators about notebooks. Very interesting!

http://www.deseretnews.com/article/...do-child-homicide-case-collected-in-Utah.html

Seems the confidential informant came from within the trucking company MR was working for at the time of his arrest. (This dispels any visions I had of him getting out on bail and being able to work for the company until his trial date. Good.)

Also, from the article, according to the referenced search warrant (now unsealed), something I had never heard before:

"Redwine told police there had been 'an incident of roughhousing' between Dylan and himself. The father said Dylan was not injured but had spit blood on the floor from a sore on his lip, according to the warrant."

from article in post #842 by DylansMom.

After Redwine's arrest, the LaPlata County Sherriff’s Office received a tip from a confidential informant that inside the truck Redwine drove for CR England were "notebooks and notes written by Mr. Redwine regarding (his son)," the warrant states.
[.....]
The company stated it was holding two spiral bound notebooks, one with a black-and-white cover, the other with a blue cover; several Post-it notes clipped to the black-and-white notebook; and a small clipboard "containing handwritten notes," according to the warrant.
Some of those notes contained references to Dylan, the company told investigators, the warrant states.

Wonder "what" these notes might say about Dylan!?!

:judge:

JUSTICE for DYLAN! :rose:

I'm confused as to where The Deseret News got its info about Mark stating to LE there was roughhousing and that caused Dylan to bleed.

https://www.stgeorgeutah.com/wp-con...nty-Grand-Jury-Indictment-of-Mark-Redwine.pdf

The indictment stated Mark told LE Dylan "had not suffered an injury that would cause any bleeding" between the March 2012 remodel and Nov 2012 visit.

I sort of remember an interview where Mark talked about throwing the Nerf ball around (was this with Tricia? Or Blasius?) but don't recall him saying there was bleeding.

I remember the nerf ball story but don't remember any mention of blood. But we have to realize this is "Mark language" and "Mark language" changes constantly.

In the article it's stated that LE got a search warrant to obtain the notebooks from his employer.

Perhaps it was in that search warrant LE made the comments about Mark Redwine claiming he was roughhousing with Dylan that caused him to bleed.

Redwine told police there had been "an incident of roughhousing" between Dylan and himself. The father said Dylan was not injured but had spit blood on the floor from a sore on his lip, according to the warrant.

We haven't seen this warrant yet so it could be there. It would be nice if the news agency would post the warrant that they used to write this story. JMO.

Yes. Details came from the search warrant that has been unsealed.
"[a]ccording to a search warrant unsealed in 3rd District Court."

I followed this case from the beginning. And i cried when some of his remains were found. And now i cried cause there will be justice. I hope this sick person wont ever get out anymore. I can barely read the indictment, reading what he probably did to his own flesh and blood. How could he? Dylan didnt deserve this.

Dylan, you live on with all of us. Rest in peace sweetheart.

I don't think he will get bail. His little attempt to avoid extradition may backfire on him, as it shows he is not cooperating with the courts.

He won't see the light of day again, outside of his concrete cell yard, in my opinion.

Full video of advisement hearing: http://bit.ly/2wNBM1J

Edited to add: In the early moments of the prosecutor's statement re bail, one of Redwine's public defenders jokes and laughs with the other one. Not a good visual. I wish the judge had kept the bail where it was.

Thanks for posting this link!

Mark>>>>> Bloodshot eyes... Puffy face... Dirty hair...needs shave...beer gut...

MR isn't looking too good these days... Amirite?

LE found blood. Mark has to come up with an explaination. The jury wont buy it.

There supposed to be a Motions hearing today - 3pm Mountain Time....

I'll have to figure out "what" time that is for me! :D

See you then.
