The ones that were given immunity...I know Shayne is dead, but who all were they and did we hear from them all? I 'think' there was one man that I don't remember hearing a testimony from, but he could have testified, and I didn't pay attention to his name.

Court documents showed federal authorities have promised immunity to Autry, but state prosecutors have only promised to possibly reduce his charges pending his cooperation in his co-defendant Zach Adams' trial.

2. Victor Dinsmore – Testified for State.

3. Michael Alexander – NOT called – yet.

4. Jason Kilzer – NOT called – yet.

State prosecutors asked for immunity for three other men, including Victor Dinsmore, Michael Alexander and Jason Kilzer.
Federal authorities also asked for immunity for Dinsmore.

Dylan Adams has been held on federal charges involving a Sept. 16, 2013, indictment that says the younger Adams knowingly "possessed, received, concealed, stored, bartered, sold and disposed of a stolen firearm" on or about July 13, 2013, along with a Jason Kilzer.

IMO this guy is just CYA. This is what I did and why. Then.

Major fail!!!! Him standing up for it makes him look more foolish than ever.. I just cannot believe this this is fiasco.. and the representation of the TBI.
