I'm so confused as to the lack of cell phone information. I recently watched the 2nd Heather Elvis trial and cell phone information was a big part of the trial. They had pings, data, movement of phones in certain locations and so much information. Can we not get anything from the cloud on ANY of the phones including Holly's? Just seems odd to me in 2017 we can't get better information from cell phones.

i can't either ...for me just invalidates this entire testimony. As i understand it that is perfectly fine in TN but as a defense atty i would have asked for the jury to leave...not sure if she can but she or the judge should have. just plain strange!!

clearly they are hanging their entire case on blaming Britt...hoping that doubt will get one or more jurors. I think it is a stretch to think they all would buy it.

IMO today we can. Technology has rapidly evolved since this crime.

Why doesn't she just call a cell phone expert? She had to know he isnt a expert and the state would call her on it. Its like she tries to get away with things she knows are improper.

he has had that black since day one...what exactly causes that...it is very dark .
