There was some pretty damning testimony at the beginning of this trial, from witnesses who had heard MS's rap and had spoken to him about it.
 
caseyjonesin905 clearly one of those black suitcases has to belong to Laura.

Also dates like when Deepak Paradkhar was no longer representing Millard. I would love to see all of this stuff mapped out on the timeline. Eventually!

Jill Cameron walked the jury in the murder trial through the young woman's mental-health records, which detailed more than a dozen visits to specialists in the year leading up to her disappearance in the summer of 2012.

"She feels no one loves or cares about her," reads a note from a psychiatrist at Toronto's St. Joseph's Health Centre on April 29, 2012.

According to Shannon Martin on the CBC Live show, tomorrow we will hear from cell phone experts who tracked LB's phone along with DM and MS's phones. All three phones were together in the same location before her phone went silent for the last time.

Did anyone see that horrid rap video that MS was supposedly acting in which has been taken down? The "director" says it was made in 2012. I recall a brunette girl in it and it looked pretty real to me. I can't help but wonder if that was the urgency--time to tape the video and then put her chopped pieces into suitcases until the incinerator arrived and was working. http://www.metronews.ca/news/hamilt...eo-was-just-acting-alleged-producer-says.html

I am glad they will begin to give some of the cell phone records that should be interesting.
 
I think I did view it and then it was taken down, it was gruesome and they said acting I don't know. I mentioned it to people and they said it was all acting. Now what I know of MS I don't know it was bad.

Here's a different perspective and of course MOO.
Maybe it was CN who was threatening to spills the beans on DM's illegal activities - perhaps only threats but none the less. CN was pressuring M to remove LB from their lives or she (CN) would talk.

I had the privilege of working in an office a couple doors down from the Morgue in a Hospital for a few years. During the summer months Gus would come over with his jar of Vicks and tell me that I may want to put some under my nose today. This was normally when someone had been a few days to a few weeks in the heat before being discovered.

Something must have happened between CN and LB in April for DM to send that 'removing her from our lives' text message. I can't imagine he just fired that out of the blue unless CN just wouldn't let it go for months.
 
After murdering LB why wouldn't DM use LB's phone to call several people from her contacts list? Just to muddy the waters for detectives on the trial? Didn't he think it would look bad he was the last one she contacted? Call some ppl just to leave a decoy trial and then discard the phone. So why? Does it once again come back to simply stupid? Luckily for him the word stupid also applied to the police.
