bliz had mentioned motorcycle jacket...ft there are some motorcycle violent gang(s) in the area as per an article I posted upstream. Everyone seems to think he's on foot and lives right there, I'm not so sure, moo.

I didn't suggest him being in a motorcycle gang. I simply suggested that he may have a motorcycle stashed nearby used to make his getaway.

The shootings could easily be gang/turf related crimes. Maybe, there's a connection between all victims. Were they buying drugs? pain killers?

I wonder if anyone has started working yearbooks yet? This person is definitely young, imo.
Also, someone asked earlier about basements and cellars. We don't have those in central Florida unless you live on a built up area. I don't believe there are any of those in the area but there are probably old bunkers that have been forgotten about.

He might be a drop out from another city so, no one would know him at HS, or miss him either.

Wondering if the suspect's facial hair seen by the witness, was a full beard and/or mustache, would a simply un shaved face be easily noted from a distance?

I just watched this. The city of Tampa is very lucky to have Brian Dugan as their Chief of Police. He was honest, up front and more than willing to engage in dialogue concerning the necessity of communities and the police force forming a coalition of sorts to heal wounds and change perceptions. Misinformation and the propagation of spreading it is a huge problem in our society today. Anyone can write an article and self publish it on the web for anyone to see. It does not matter if they have the credentials or experience to back up their opinion with real statistical data and provable facts. Technology has created a new method of spreading rumors as fact. I believe he did a great deal of explaining that problem and encouraging the community to come together to fight it and unite.


Also, I am glad he answered what many of us were wondering. More specific to my personal theory, that this individual or possible duo has some form of military or law enforcement training. Those of us who have these types of training recognize this by the perpetrator's mannerisms, posture, attire and gait in the video footage. A person with this training would have tremendous athletic ability due to rigorous requirements that particular training would warrant. Obviously, until he or they are caught, we cannot know their background or motivation. However, I believe people in the community and surroundings areas really need to consider this possibility and take precautions they may not usually incorporate in their daily routines. A person with the type of training they are suspected to have would kill an average person without personal safety or combative skills in a matter of seconds. Again this is my opinion based on my own military training and experience. If you live in this area, please do not go out at night alone. Anyone could be the next victim, and they most likely will not see it coming before it's too late.

Indeed, I know, was just being sure to credit you for mentioning the possibility of a motorcycle jacket, etc...I am definitely the one running with the gang thing! I do think it's likely he has/had a motorcycle stashed nearby.

My 2 leading theories at this time:

1. Gang member (past or present)
2. ISIS Lone Wolf.

These are other crimes with similar elements. Some of which happened much earlier this year. Crime stoppers tampa is something you all should check out, you might be surprised at what goes on.

Usually serial offenders like this one do progress from other lesser crimes. IMO the offender that they are looking for who was partners with john jarah hicks III looks a lot like the killer in video. I posted that link earlier

They all fled on foot

I wasn't sure if he was or not by the tone of his conversation. I am glad to know that he was appointed. He will do great things for the City of Tampa. They will catch this guy; I just hope it happens soon!

I am assuming it means restaurants that are owned by individuals rather than chain restaurants like Applebees, etc.

I'd much rather go to an independent restaurant!

Hope this killer is caught soon. Independent businesses suffer from scares like this.

I understand we’re just speculating, but ISIS takes public credit for attacks, including “lone-wolf” attacks. I still don’t see any evidence of gang activity, either. I think police would have mentioned that by now, tbh.

I believe it’s something perhaps even scarier and simpler — a lone serial shooter killing because he can and whenever he finds an opportunity. Maybe he has another motive, or maybe that’s his entire motive. Maybe he just enjoys the terror and control he’s inflicting on the general public.
