Did they actually say they got the CPS report from AW? I didn't hear them say that. It probably was, but wouldn't that report also be submitted to LE, the DA, and the court? Given the outrage over this case, it could have been leaked by someone else.

He did. Not to hln, but to another local station. I’m not sure if it’s the link that doesn’t work or if it’s a different one. It’s here somewhere though. I’ll look when I get a couple minutes.

It is sad and I thought the same but maybe the hate toward dad is that he was unable to rescue them and they don't understand why.

Moore obtained the paperwork from Mariah Woods' biological father, Alex Woods, on Monday. The paperwork is a copy of information provided from Child Protective Services to Alex Woods.

Perhaps mom being escorted by deputies to the trailer was to allow her to get belongings of hers and/or her sons. She was accompanied inside and escorted out after 10 minutes. They probably wanted supervision to ensure nothing was tampered with. It doesn’t mean she’s in custody.

As an IIS worker contracted through the Children's Division, I have to disagree. Abused and neglected children rarely trust adults, period, and have a particular distrust for adult workers in 'the system'. Often, regardless of the abuse or neglect, they still yearn desperately to remain with their parent/s. CD investigators have a hell of an uphill battle getting kids to open up to them.

Kids who are abused will tell a lot when they know they do not have to deal with the $hit anymore. Their shields come off when they know what office they are in. Trust me.

can you screen shot it? it's now missing from Ashley Banfield too. I can't even see it - it's like they cleared the cache remotely too. it is still on Love and Justice for Mariah Woods, and it looks like the photos were screen shots from a CNN site.

Boys are still considered wards of the sate but they have been placed with grandma. If bio Dad gets the boys placed with him, he will have them in a physical aspect and the state will have the boys legally. They could relinquish the boys and give the dad custody with no involvement from them (social services) but I doubt it. JMO

Oregonmama, I am late in saying this, but I appreciate your comments & expertise when it comes to social services, child custody, etc., and the various aspects of all of it. It is really good to have your comments in cases like this. Thanks!

Or possibly the mother poisoned their minds against their father. Sadly, too many ex’s try to alienate the children from their other parent. Vengeance and spite are hateful when children are used. I’m not saying this is what happened here, it’s just a possibility, a common occurrence.

Thank you for the kind well wishes on my husbands surgery today. He is doing well. WOW! I have missed a lot! Going to catch up now. It will take so much for these brothers to have a chance in life. I pray they get the chance in life their sister never got.

Why would AW give this to news to put out there to the world. Yes we all want information, but not at the expense of those children. Breaks my heart for those two boys that the world has heard all this, they will hear about it at school etc.

There is no shielding the boys. They have seen more than any person should ever see.

People will exagerrate and make up all kinds of things so it does not matter if the truth is out there. They would have heard things anyway.

Hopefully they can see therapists who will help them deal with the horrors.

Their sister has been murdered and sex abused. There is no way to sugar coat what they already know.
