I had forgotten about the 2/21 court date! But, I did a case search and it appears there's another date scheduled "ORAL ARG 2:15PM" on 3/6/18

Maybe ScorpioGirl's still trying to get JR disbarred and/or arrested?? I dunno'

Your buddy Leann is going to jail for a bit of a stint.
Her cat died and I think she brought it to vet to be cremated.
They gave her the ashes and prints of the paws.
Turns out - unfortunately, the paw prints belonged to a dog.
Leann went to the vet and, how do you say this? destroyed the inside of the
waiting office and they had her arrested. She violated the order of protection by posting
on her facebook page all this mean stuff about the animal hospital. Well, you CANT
harass the people at the animal hospital by saying mean things about them on facebook.
that's social media, and it's defamation of character, as well as openly contacting them
by telling your friends to call them and tell them they s******k.

If you should look her up on webcrims, she has a list of like 20 charges against her
for all sorts of things (other than the animal hospital incident.) She's in a lot of trouble. Jonny Ray is NOT her attorney on any of
these charges. Nothing became of that presser. She could never prove she was at
a party with Burke. Never. No one witness came through for her.

Not that that means she wasn't - but...she's in a lot of trouble. Looks like she's
going to jail for some time.

Suffolk county judge was arrested Thursday and charged with burglary after he entered a neighbor’s home in East Islip without permission, Suffolk police said.

Robert Cicale, 49, was in possession of female underwear taken from the home when he was arrested, police said.

Cicale is scheduled to be arraigned Friday in the same kind of court where he presides, police said. He was arrested about 9 a.m. after he entered a neighbor’s home on Donna Place and then ran away after realizing someone was inside the residence, police said.

Cicale is charged with second-degree burglary and was being held overnight at the Third Precinct before arraignment in First District Court in Central Islip.

He's the one who handled the case of James Burke.

Spota is in court, and McPartland, too on Friday April 6.
Now that Judge Wexler is gone, I wonder who Spota and McPartland will be in front of.

I think Wexler's son is that Judge Cicala's (the underwear burgler) lawyer. The underwear creep.

I wanted to go to Spota's hearing on Friday. Judge Wexler let anyone who was at Burke's sentencing
say what they wanted to his face. I had a feeling that it would be the same for Spota and I'd like to rip
the skin off his face for not prosecuting Shannan's case properly.

Sini was all over tv saying that Judge Cicala took an oath to uphold the law, well what the frig did Spota do?
He took an oath, too, and he just let Jimmy boy lead him around by the ring in his nose.
