Brangelina Divorce

Somehow other people have made it such as some from the Royal family. Some people do not live their life in fear.

And other people who have gone to such places have been taken hostage by terrorists.

It could be called admirable that Angelina goes to such places, but dragging her kids to such places strikes me as risky and unnecessary, especially if their father disagrees.

She can't just do whatever she wants with them against Brad's wishes. Brad has rights too. They aren't just her kids.

It just seems as though these kids have been dragged around from one mansion, villa, compound, to another, never in one place, now they're living in a furnished rental...They don't go to school, they have no friends except each other, it all just reminds me of MJ's kids.

Angelina Jolie in Danger of Losing Physical Custody of Children to Brad Pitt

https://theblast.com/angelina-jolie-brad-pitt-custody-children/

Angelina Jolie has been put on notice by the court that if she doesn’t help repair her children’s relationship with Brad Pitt, she could lose primary custody.

It's about time the court began doing something to help these kids. I can't believe she's been allowed to drag this custody fight out for 2 yrs now.

He's also allowed to talk on the phone and text the kids without her monitoring the communications.

From the various reports, it looks like the court is on an accelerated schedule to increase the amount of time the kids spend with him. Seems like they're concerned about Angelina's parenting. Right now, she's only letting him see 1 or 2 kids at a time? Bizarre.

Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie Reach Summer Custody Agreement

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Jolie could be in danger of losing primary custody of the children if she doesn’t take steps to improve their relationship with their father. A judge in the couple’s ongoing divorce case said in the documents that “it is critical that each of [the six] children have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother,” and that Jolie must allow Pitt to maintain and repair that.

Family law attorney David Glass, who is not associated with the case, tells PEOPLE that it “is extremely rare” to see a court intervene in this way, though they typically do so after extensive evaluation and to prevent children from being alienated from one parent.

Angelina Jolie accuses Brad Pitt of shirking child support

Jolie alleges Pitt hasn't paid her any “meaningful” child support for a year and a half during their ongoing, and at times contentious, divorce proceedings.

Well this comes as no surprise. She's taking the divorce proceedings public now, going back on her earlier promise. She's ramped up her revenge campaign, trying to destroy his career, finances and his relationship with his kids. I feel so badly for them. It just shows she cares nothing about what's best for the children.

Brad Pitt fires back at Angelina Jolie in new court filing

Pitt hit back in his own legal broadside Wednesday that detailed how he purportedly lent Jolie some $8 million to help her purchase her current home, and paid more than $1.3 million in bills for the benefit of her and their children.

Jolie's filing is "unnecessary, omits material information and is a thinly-veiled effort to manipulate media coverage," Pitt's attorneys said in his filing.

And here's some more...

Angelina Jolie Considering Filing Palimony Lawsuit Against Brad Pitt

Angelina Jolie is devising a plan to go after more of Brad Pitt‘s money than she would normally be entitled to since the couple was only married for a very short period of the time they were together.

According to our sources, Jolie is considering filing a palimony lawsuit against Pitt in order to go after the money he earned during their entire relationship.

IMO, AJ just thinks she is entitled to whatever she wants.

It appears to me that Angelina is punishing Brad with no end in sight. What did he do to make her so endlessly angry? She'd better keep all the kids in mind. They will see all of this dirty laundry eventually.

AJ needs to realize 1.3 million is beyond child support. We all know women who can't get the court to make a dead beat Dad pay nothing.

in most states, support, custody, and visitation are completely separate legal issues. A parent who limits visitation claiming support isn't paid is in contempt & could be charge & jailed just like a parent who doesn't pay support.

You have to have a license to catch a fish or cut hair....

Here's to a solution that puts the KIDS' needs FIRST!

She seems like a narcissist who isn't interested in anyone other than herself. Narcissists make terrible, demanding parents.

They also don't take rejection very well and that seems to be the case here. It's especially difficult because she underwent prophylactic mastectomies and oophrectomy to reduce her risk of familial cancer. She's out for revenge and will likely bother him in one way or another for the rest of her life. It's a shame he didn't see these personality traits early on, before they had children together.

ETA: Some medical experts disagreed that the mastectomies, etc. were medically necessary. She was obviously going through some kind of psychological problems when she made those decisions. Seems like she's had problems trying to manipulate and punish Brad for a long time.

Brad Pitt lost custody all on his own by losing it on his own kid while drunk and maybe more. But everyone of course blame Angelina, the one that actually takes care of the kids full time

Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie Get a Trial Date for Their Custody Battle

A custody trial has been scheduled for Dec. 4, with the location yet to be determined.

Pitt and Jolie wish to extend the appointment of Judge Ouderkirk as a temporary judge through till June 30, 2019. This means Judge Ouderkirk will hear and determine all pretrial issues, requests and motions in their case and also preside over the trial.

At the judge’s discretion, Pitt, 54, and Jolie, 43, may be able to appear at the trial via telephone.

As with most hearings involving minors, it is expected that the courtroom will be sealed off to anyone other than the parties involved.

Brad Pitt's trial worry

They are expected to spend two to three weeks in court from 4 December in front of a private judge, but the 54-year-old actor would rather they resolved their issues before then and spared Maddox, 17, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and 10-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne the ordeal.

Insiders think Angelina is being "irresponsible" with the trial and feels they have been embarrassed enough since their separation, pointing out the children are all old enough to read the news and listen to gossip about their famous parents.

Brad is said to be worried Angelina just wants to make him look bad in her bid for sole custody, while he can see no reason for them to not split care of the children equally.
