CNN has learned that the committee has reached out to a longtime friend of Ford named Leland Ingham Keyser.

"Simply put," Walsh said, "Ms. Keyser does not know Mr. Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford."
The lawyer acknowledged to CNN that Keyser is a lifelong friend of Ford's.

Michael Avenatti Implicates Kavanaugh in Pattern of Teenage Sexual Assault

Michael Avenatti, the lawyer for Stormy Daniels, says he is “aware of significant evidence” that Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh participated in multiple gang rapes while in high school.

In an email posted to Twitter Sunday night, Avenatti writes that Kavanaugh, his childhood friend Mark Judge, and others “would participate in the targeting of women with alcohol/drugs in order to allow a ‘train’ of men to subsequently gang rape them.”

Several classmates told the publication they believed Ramirez’s story. Others defended Kavanaugh’s character and disputed Ramirez’s claims, saying they would have heard about it had it happened.

Ramirez continued to stay in touch with one of the male classmates who had egged on Kavanaugh during the incident. Years later, she attended his wedding and posed for a photo with Kavanaugh.
She said she stayed silent about the matter because she blamed herself for drinking too much.

Fox News Poll: Record number of voters oppose Kavanaugh nomination

Voter support for Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the U.S. Supreme Court is down in the wake of Christine Ford’s assault allegations, as more believe her than him.

Currently, 40 percent of voters would confirm Kavanaugh, while 50 percent oppose him, according to a Fox News poll. Last month, views split 45-46 percent (August 19-21).

Opinion | The Supreme Court Is Coming Apart

This combination has long allowed the court to embody the American ideal of democratic government — powerful yet humble — and many people have revered it as a result.

But today the Supreme Court is in trouble. And the issues are much larger than the mess of Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation. Absent some kind of course correction, the court risks a crisis of legitimacy.

Stormy Daniels lawyer Michael Avenatti has lobbed an additional charge at under-fire Brett Kavanaugh dredged from the Supreme Court nominee's high school yearbook.
Avenatti late Sunday demanded Kavanaugh be asked about a yearbook entry that says: 'FFFFFFFourth of July' – and Avenatti, who says he now represents a client with a sensational charge against Kavanaugh, believes he has cracked the teen code.
Describing the yearbook entry, Avenatti wrote: 'We believe that this stands for: Find them, French them, Feel them, Finger them, F*ck them, Forget them.'
