"A grand jury indicted Molina in May, describing the alleged crime as “especially heinous, atrocious or cruel, manifesting exceptional depravity.”

The prosecution and defense will meet again Nov. 19, by which time the state will likely have made a decision on whether to pursue the death penalty.

Dunlap’s next court appearance will be Jan. 7 at a status conference."
 
Monday, Nov. 19th:
*Status Hearing (@ 10:15 am MT) – ID – Lyryk Altom (20 mos) (Oct. 8, 2017, Twin Falls-taken to hospital & died Oct. 14, 2017) – only for *Joshua Molina (33) (BF) arrested & charged (March/2017) & arraigned (5/30/18) on 1st degree murder & 1 count felony injury to a child. Plead not guilty.
7/31/18 Update: Plead not guilty; waived rights to a speedy trial.
Status hearing on 10/9.
10/9/18 Update: Status hearing continued to 11/19.
*Amanda Dunlap (23) “mom” arrested (Oct. 20, 2017) & arraigned (7/23/18) with 1 count of 1st degree murder, 8 counts of felony injury to a child & 1 count of misdemeanor injury to a child. Plead not guilty.
Waived Prelim hearing in June, 2018. 9/17/18 Update: Status hearing continued to 1/7/19.

Can you get into Ada County court site? And no, no link.... since I can't access it anyway.
 
The link I posted from KMVT, a local news station, states Amanda Dunlap's trial date will be set Friday. However, her court records states a status conference scheduled for January 7 as posted by Jerseygirl. No mention of a trial date yet unless the court records have not been updated and the news station knows something we don't know.

The trial for a Jerome man charged with murdering his girlfriend’s baby will be delayed. Joshua Molina’s trial had been set for Aug. 12, but Molina’s attorney, Steven McRae, requested the delay.
“All the people we’ve found have a conflict with the August dates,” McRae said. Three expert witnesses from California and Pennsylvania are willing to testify, but cannot do so until after November, he said.
