Really sounds like it could go either way--suicide or honor killing. Regardless, if the girls were hounded to suicide and their death itself is not considered a crime, I hope the NYPD and NoVA authorities look into the abuse they were hiding from at that VA shelter. Them entering the water alive hardly disqualifies foul play when duct tape is involved.
Not buying suicide here at all. Regardless, it sounds like the death was related to their culture/religion and that is incredibly sad.
