I joined WS during the mollie tibbetts case.
I live about 20-30 minutes away from El Dorado Hills "EDH". The area is middle to high-income families. I found out about this story from Facebook, one of my friends shared it. I have also read the BBS license board report and details of her struggles and life before she disappeared.
The only thing I have to share is this.... If she was attempting to run away, she wouldn't go to red hawk casino where there are 100000 cameras all over. You would at least drive out of the same county/city you are running away from.

Finally...Why was her phone at home? I have a few friends who gamble a lot and have lost thousands of dollars. However, when go sneaking off to the casino, they leave their cell phones at home while their husbands are at work because they "share locations", and they cannot be located at the casino because their husband will freak out on them.
I hope she is found alive however, I don't believe that will be the case given her history in the Board Report. Again, the report is public information, not confidential.

I will also like to point out, none of the fb comments locally have mentioned the bbs board report whatsoever . Not even her own family members ..... I will admit I was naturally side-eying the hubby until I read the report which points more towards her own instabilities and unhealthy ways of coping, however he isn’t perfect either.
IMO If the report was made known locally, the direction of the search/case would go in a completely different direction, and I believe her family hasn’t revealed it to protect her reputation, their children, and their reputation as a couple.
Finally, If she is alive, the humiliation of their faults and drama being exposed to the world could make matters worse. So it doesn’t help find her however it sheds a lot of light on understanding what was going on privately within their lives and leading up to her disappearance.

@Dpcampion, I viewed the bbs report & feel very sad for Brooke (& children). I don't know that she'd returned to work but the fact she qualified to is a bright spot here.

It is OK to discuss the license issue. However, I ask you to think before you post. What if she is found alive? It would be devastating to her to read total strangers commenting on her life struggles.

That’s a really great point about sharing locations on the phones. I have that turned off, but I know a TON of people who have it on. There’s something called Life 360 (idk if that’s the exact name, sorry) that people use also. I’ve got a lot of friends with kids who use it to track them. I often forget about that feature.
I think it’s important for us to consider this in many missing persons cases, too.

So we know that she entered the parking lot of the casino at 4:30 PM. There appears to be no video of her entering the casino. Is there no video of her walking out of the parking garage,? Or video of her car exiting the parking garage? She had to do one or the other, unless she got into another car with someone. Videos of cars leaving around the same time that she parked her car in the garage?

Here are a few tips on how to file a report if a loved one or friend has gone missing.
The El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office has released new details and photos regarding a woman who has been missing since Valentine’s Day.
Brooke Harris, 48, of El Dorado Hills was last seen in person by her daughter last Wednesday night and reportedly talked with her husband via phone Thursday morning, the Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post that was updated Monday and Tuesday.
Harris’ cellphone was later found at her home, with no evidence of foul play found at the residence, sheriff’s officials said on Facebook.
Harris was later seen on security footage at Red Hawk Casino in Placerville about 4:30 p.m. Thursday, according to the updated post. She appeared to be alone.
Harris is described as a white female, 5-foot-6 and approximately 140 pounds, with blond hair and green eyes.
The sheriff’s office posted new photos Tuesday of Harris’ SUV, a gray 2015 Toyota Highlander, which has a green and orange “International Association of Firefighters” sticker on the lower left corner of the rear windshield and a black paw-print sticker on the right side of the rear license plate (California No. 7KDC011).
Anyone with information regarding Harris’ whereabouts is urged to contact the EL Dorado County Sheriff’s Office dispatch at 530-621-6600.

From the local reports, I don't believe her car is at the casino and they have searched for it in the casino parking garage + surrounding areas.
And the answers to your other questions about the timing at the casino, coming, going, gambling, withdrawing money or not is currently unknown. IMO if she left the casino with someone else and her car was still there, it would have been reported by now. Again, the FB reports from family/LE have us looking for her + her car anywhere in the area, as if she left the casino and went somewhere else AFTER 4:30 p.m.

Thank you. So it would follow that there has to be a video of her car also exiting the parking lot, correct?

The location of her car hasn't been confirmed or denied. Again, we are being led to searching for Brooke + her vehicle. In addition, her brother posted on FB because others have suggested her car, which is a Toyota has built-in GPS tracking and the brother confirmed they are unable to use the GPS feature to locate her, they have tried, it wasn't activated. So we can eliminate that at this time.

That’s what I thought. It made no sense the sheriffs department would update the photograph of the car if they had it in their possession . But no video of it leaving the parking garage is also strange. Thank you for the updates

The Report says she was seen at 4:30 p.m. driving in her car on security footage @ casino.. It doesn't confirm if she was driving into or leaving the casino.
For everyone not familiar with the area... From her home in El Dorado Hills, she would take Highway 50 East and she would be driving uphill towards the sierra nevada mountains/Lake Tahoe which is 1 hour + away. She would exit onto Red Hawk Parkway from Highway 50.
When she exited off the highway, she would drive over the highway and 1 way into the casino without stopping her car, it dead-ends at the casino. There is no other reason to take this exit other than to go to the casino. There is no gas station, convenience store, nothing.
Edit to clarify... Distance from her home in EDH to the casino would be an estimated 15-20 minute drive. I don't know exactly where she lived so I did a google map from the local high school to the casino and it says 11.8 miles away.

Thanks for all the great local information. I’m in the bay area do not know that area at all.
You’re right , I assumed the video was of her entering the parking lot.
My point was that if they have video going in one direction they would have to have it going in the other. To go out ,she had to go in. To go in she had to go out if the car is no longer there.
Hopefully she is located soon.

Is this a large casino, would it be very busy on Valentine’s Day do you think?

From their website - Red Hawk Casino is a 278,000 square foot full-service gaming facility with an 88,000 square foot gaming floor, 2,000 slot machines, 75 gaming tables, six restaurants and four bars.
The casino is always busy, however, if you're not a smoker, you wouldn't want to spend your V Day at the casino restaurant inhaling smoke while you eat. There are 100's of other high-end restaurants locally (not at the casino) they would enjoy a lot more. Also, the casino's are mostly populated with Asian's by I would guess 80% +, JMO she would stick out more than blend in there along with being monitored on the numerous cameras.

Update 2-20-19: This investigation is still active and we want to share some information with the community. We have found no evidence of foul play and have found no evidence that any crime has been committed. We have investigated Brooke’s family and have found no evidence to suggest that anyone was involved in her disappearance. The family has been completely cooperative throughout this entire investigation.
We have seen a number of comments regarding information which is not helpful in assisting us in locating Brooke. While this information is public record it is information that can be hurtful to the family members and the wellbeing of anyone involved. We ask that you think about what information you are sharing and what is the best way to help us locate a missing person. If you have information that you believe is important, please message us. Call us. Come down and talk to us. Spreading the information through the comment section, when there are hundreds of comments, is the least likely way to help us and most likely to cause unneeded stress to the family in an already difficult time.
We know that everyone is curious about what has happened to Brooke. We are working every lead in order to answer those questions ourselves and at this time, we believe that Brooke left on her own volition. Please, keep an eye out for Brooke and her vehicle, and contact us directly if you have any information which can help us locate her.
