A bookie is used to track sexual activity and pay as well in prostitution.
It seems like women do this more and more "willingly" or don't realize until it is too late that they are being groomed and trained - and they need women to bring more women in and make them feel safe before they get them in the business. So it would make sense that there would be women like kQ or SW or KK to recruit others.. there was a gentleman in the area that had a limo that he escorted these girls around in - one person even called him an " escort to the escorts". Not that he is involved but people may be talking about it more openly.
Can I get a list of names for intials sent I have been away and I believe I know them all but there is one SB girlfriend or ex that I have missed some information with so could use a refresher.
Also BK3 can you please tell us if James Micah Ryan Baylee are used to fill any of the other spots like bookie distributor enforcer. ( If this is information you can give us)
It seems to me that James and Micah were more connected than we are thinking. The moms talked on the Chad interview about Micah and James hanging out and helping move before these tragic events.
I wonder if James was getting worried when Micah was missing - first he had fears for his brother then his friend can't be found... Did he start asking SH were is he, you were the last to see him etc when he was with her earlier that day w another person .James mom said they picked him up and then brought him back... ( Please tell me if I am wrong on this info)
Also does the fiat have back seats?? Could there have been a passenger that got in when he pulled over then shot him? Or have gun at side and shoot.
The seats are really high in a fiat and he is tall so he would have to sit up high from what I understand .
I really wish we knew why Ryan hid when he passed the silver car or ducked down or however he put it.
I also think Baylee was closer to her mom then they would like. They try to cut off family and I think Jane was a force to be reckoned with and wouldn't stop calling and loving on Baylee they could have been afraid that Baylee would break and talk to her mom. Especially since she would come around and it seems like they were still close even while distant at times.
I keep praying for answers and Justice for these families!!

I can't weigh in more yet, but need to add something - bookies also gamble with other people's money. That may be its own separate arm of this crime ring. They're not necessarily ONLY inter-related.
I do think there's overlap and plenty of networking, but I also believe each may stand alone, apart from one another. (A bookie could be multi-tasking, of course)
Drug dealers generally do carry guns, since they may be carrying large amounts of cash at any given time, but that doesn't necessitate the manufacture of sale of guns.

It is impossible to watch Jane's updates and remain dry-eyed. Every time I see the pain in her eyes and hear the agony in her voice, my cheeks are soaked with tears. I think of her waking each day to the instant reminder of the nightmare that has consumed her life for almost a year now. It must feel like the worst gut-punch imaginable. No mother, sister, grandparent, cousin, aunt or uncle should ever go through such a traumatic experience as this.
I can't help but feel angry that we haven't heard more from law enforcement. Have any of you ever heard or seen any pleas for the public's help in solving this case by either the KCSO or BPD? All I've seen is what the Bakersfield 3 have gotten into the mainstream. I would be IRATE if this were my child - and on top of the terror that was my daily life, I had to be the one to get the info (or lack thereof) to the public.
I feel like it's time for Bako moms to begin organizing vigils or rallies and storm the steps of the police department to put the pressure on. A group of Mama Bears is an extremely powerful force. Other than what's been shouted from the rooftops by Jane, Cheryl and Di (with the help of Dr. Phil), it's been radio silence, as far as I'm concerned. That is just completely unacceptable.

I agree. We keep hearing that not everything can be said bc of the investigation, but then we see things like this that make it seem as if there isn’t much progress with the investigation. I just wish we had more names/connections/insight to go off of to where, through all of our efforts, we could get momentum going. I’ve invested so many hours into this case and I don’t know anyone connected, I just want to help. I know we all feel that way and feel so invested into this case
Another Bakersfield local reminded me that we were up to 18 homicides in less than two months as of yesterday - it may have already increased to 19, after a shooting on Pacheco last night.
What in the hell is going on here in town? Why did 55% of homicide cases go unsolved in 2017?

I followed the Mollie Tibbetts case this summer. She was Baylee's age and went missing in Brooklyn IA. Within a few days of searching, the FBI came in and took over the case. They obtained her phone records, looked at security cameras,
found her body and had the killer apprehended in just a little over a month.
I have no idea why it would take so long to get DNA results back or to get the phone records of the victims. It has been almost a year and these families have no answers! Is LE involved with these crimes?

I'm so ticked about this. The fact that they approved this makes me sick. It's not worth the revenue they think it'll bring in. Local LE is already underfunded, understaffed and overworked, as it is - and it's obviously already affected crime rates and public safety.
Not to mention the fact that Jane Doe's leg was found in the lake and this event may affect the possibility of recovering further remains. I hope the Bakersfield 3 will continue to advocate for her and for other victims of violent crime.

Maybe local people who are outraged this concert is being held at a body dumping ground will stage a protest to prevent it from happening. It really is an outrageously ignorant and insulting idea.

I'm also ticked by the passing of the concert. I fear that people will be using drugs and drinking and then getting onto Taft Hwy and driving under the influence. That is already a deadly Hwy. Bakersfield has a terrible reputation for dui's, so much that LE holds checkpoints on a regular basis (glad for that) but the dui's still pour in. Check any of the players criminal backgrounds and you'll see lots of dui's listed. I'll be shocked if this festival doesn't end in some sort of tragedy. I'll be staying far far away!

Let's focus on the last place Baylee was seen. I haven't heard of any previous ex-boyfriends being mention anywhere in social media or local media being tied to her case except for one which has been widely reported on in the local news media.
