It looks like they don't have much to go on yet. I'm not sure how common her name is, but there are a couple Lorie A. Blevins listed in Ohio directories from the 1990s on Ancestry.com that are around the right age. Hopefully they'll post her physical description on Namus soon.

There is a Lori Blevins in the 82,83,and 84 Middletown High School yearbooks. Middletown Ohio. Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior. I could not find a Lori Blevins in the 1985.

I fear she is this victim of Mr. Samuel Little. Little met her in Columbus, Ohio in 1984, and killed her in Covington, Kentucky.

In reference to this post I screenshot what this Lori Blevins looks like from Middletown, Ohio. I think this may be a different Lori. Also, This Lori Blevins has a brother next to her in the year book.

Hi, I'm in the Kentucky area. I'm going to go to public libraries to see if they have any Ohio yearbooks from the 80's. Lorie is probably in one of them. A lot of people even travel from Kentucky to Ohio because it's literally a bridge away between the states.
I will for sure post a picture if I find her.
