OK, I just don't understand. Even if you are mentally ill...how or why would you even think of going to a school and shooting people? How in this world could you walk in off the streets (if you are 18 as she's supposed to be...but looks 35 or so) and purchase a gun like that with shells and a case to carry it in? Where does an 18 year old get money like that? And, THEN pay for a plane ticket to CO to complete a crime for which there is absolutely NO rhyme or reason. I read there were sickos who say they are in love with the Columbine shooters, but this is a whole new level of depravity.

I just don't understand where an 18 year old would get the kind of money it would take (and skills to even use it) to do this kind of terror attack.

Sometimes, I think I've heard it all and then along comes excrement like this creeping out of the pits of hell.

Yes. As a parent of a young student in Denver Metro area, I am hoping that they decide to call it a day and keep kids home...unless they find her overnight.

It occurred to me last night, that your Town and LE probably has had to deal with a steady stream of Colombine obsessed crack pots over the years. For that I am very sorry.

Just heard they closed school for today (Wednesday) too. Parents and students must be so scared. She’s making quite an impact. I just moved from Denver, and everyone I know there is spooked.

I wonder if she looks older due to heavy drug use. That’s the only thing I can think of.

Thanks perfecting-pink. I’ve read that and just about every article has the same info. They say she’s from surfside Florida and is 18 and obsessed with columbine shooting. Sol Pais may not be her real name which is why there’s no social media floating around...

I thought the same thing, that it might be a fake name. BUT it turns out her Dad is named Gardi Pais. Sol could be short for Marisol and is a fairly common nickname in Spanish-speaking cultures. Still, the 18 year old thing is weird, but I feel like the FBI wouldn't have shared that if it weren’t certain.

That is her real name, but I agree, she doesn't look 18, rather 35-40.
I hope people keep circulating her image on social media so she can be found quickly!

I stand corrected! If Pais is her dad's name, then Sol Pais is likely her real name. Glad to have the correct name for her.

Yes, my thoughts too. What she is doing (and other Columbine-obsessed people do) is so hurtful. I don't understand deliberate ugliness like that.

Denver Area Schools Closed As Authorities Search For 'Armed And Dangerous' Woman

Pais had not been charged with a crime as of Tuesday evening, Phillips told reporters. Phillips said the FBI was working with federal prosecutors and local authorities were working with local prosecutors to bring charges against Pais.
As of now, if Pais were found immediately, "we will certainly hold her for as long as we can legally," Phillips said.

I have been listening to the Jefferson County, CO scanner and a few more details about what she is said to be carrying have been released in the aired BOLO, but I haven't seen them in MSM yet.
