My Mother went into labour early on Sunday, I was born just before noon on Tuesday. Had to be dragged out by the ears, using forceps. ugh

I was pulled out by my foot - literally. I’ll spare you the details but suffice it to say my poor mother was never the same again .

Sounds like the royal family was doing all they could to accommodate them, but they just keep getting out of line. Constantly seeking publicity for themselves, generating negative news stories about Prince William and Kate, etc. They have even tried to upstage the Queen, Princess Eugenie, etc.

Perhaps they can live in Frogmore after they return. It seems even more unusual this decision is being announced before the birth of their child.

Courtiers have drawn up plans to hand the Duke and Duchess of Sussex a major international job that could see them moving abroad after the birth of their child, The Sunday Times can reveal.

Prince Harry’s advisers are working on a “bespoke” role for the royal “rock stars”, probably in Africa, that will combine some work on behalf of the Commonwealth along with charity work and a role promoting Britain.

The plan has been drawn up by Sir David Manning, the former British ambassador to the US and special adviser on constitutional and international affairs to the two princes.

The ongoing problems with staff leaving due to poor treatment and the negative stories planted in the press and gossip pages about Prince William and Kate are getting to be too much, JMO. They were very unhappy with being given the renovated home at Frogmore Cottage. They ended up demanding extra expenditure for triple paned windows to keep out the noise of aircraft flying overhead. Prince Andrew lives out there, as well as the Queen and it doesn't seem to be a problem for them. Maybe things will calm down after a few years out of the relentless media spotlight.

News out of Australia today..it’s been mooted for some time about Prince Harry being our Governor General however I can not see that happening.

“Palace officials considered a proposal to make Prince Harry the Governor-General of Australia, according to a British newspaper report.
“There have been various ideas floated for them to take on a job abroad, such as governor-general of Australia or Canada,” the newspaper reported a “close confidant of the Dukes of Cambridge and Sussex” had confided.

However these ideas were rejected, as “senior royals are not civil servants”.

Instead the palace is now considering a plan to give Harry and Meghan a “major international job… probably in Africa, that will combine some work on behalf of the Commonwealth along with charity work and a role promoting Britain”.

The Queen looked radiant in a duck egg blue ensemble today as she celebrated her 93rd birthday by attending an Easter Sunday service at St George's Chapel.

Her Majesty was joined by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke of Sussex at Windsor Castle today - though pregnant Meghan was nowhere to be seen.
