Great thought, that makes perfect sense. I wonder as well which states share that information.

I also noted in all of the reports that it was mentioned in one that when someone "says" their prescription meds were stolen, in IL at least, a doctor will only replace them if you have a police report number. This may explain the real reason for reporting thefts of prescription meds in this case more than once...

Reading the police reports, were several calls and reports of stolen medication. It was stayed they had to call AJsr back with the report number so he could get a new prescription. The officer ask how much each pill would sell for on the street, he said $10.00 each. The officer said, that's $900.00, AJsr said, well I only pay 10.00.

Just finished reading the police reports. Had to read on my iPhone so my eyes are crossed!

Unbelievable that a family lives like that in a decent neighborhood! The police had to be on first name basis with the adults because they were called so many times.

There are numerous observations that stuck out to me.
* why were the reports not totally filled out?
* would love to know what was on those numerous blank pages!
* with all the interactions LE had with JC, could they not detect she was a drug addict?
* what sane or stable person would drive to Taco Bell to call police on a suspended drivers license?
* where did she get the money to pay her bond? Few people carry $300.00 in their purse?
* the theft of AF’s medication out of the backpack. JC tells the officer she doesn’t remember anything about the night before, doesn’t remember how she got into bed. Isn’t this a dead giveaway there is a drug or alcohol problem in that house?

If we, the average citizen had LE at our house so often, I am sure DCF would have been hot on their visits.

I did not see on one report that drug use was suspected. Why not?

My thoughts are that many factors were ignored and overlooked due to AF’s status of lawyer. Even with his disbarment, it was not for life. So, he still carried his prestige. JMO.

Apparently addicts know all of the tricks...

They gamed the system every way they could. The benefits these two received for "help" would have paid for AJ and his brother a nice safe environment.

I think both are equally responsible. If not, one party would have taken the kids & left. The deplorable living condition was abusive enough w/o adding brutal beatings to the mix. Their house was a hell hole, not a home.
I think both used any combo of any drug they could get to satisfy their cravings. If no drugs available there was hell to pay & AJ for reasons we will never know, had to pay.
Looking at photos, it is almost as if AJ mirrored JC in declining physical appearance. The last photos of him with his haircut haunt me, even his eyes appear sunken, dark & empty. What did they do to him?

This case is heartwrenching. It is true if one looks at those pics posted today when he was but a toddler, he looks healthier than than he did at 5 by far--and far happier. Her decline as you say one can see as well in a short period of time.

I agree, I think in this case both are responsible and I believe that both dealt out physical abuse also.

With regard to the drugs, we know of several just in the info we so far have from heroin to cocaine to various prescription drugs--there did seem to be a variety...

I also tend to agree with others that the motel pics on the 13th tie in here somehow, maybe he was not deceased yet (I hate saying that word particularly when it relates to a child), or maybe he was, but he did not appear to be present. Was he in the hands of an abusive father whether back in the room or at home...

LWOP is far too good for these two.

I saw that about the street value and found it quite interesting...

Yes, I noted the number of times stolen meds were reported. At first I could not understand why they would call attention to themselves from LE but once I realized it helps obtain a new prescription, it made more sense...

JMO.

If you notice top R of pages they are pre numbered , they have to account for all pages. LE only fills are pertain information.

The report said, the pills sold for 10.00 each on the street. That's bond money.

So from the most helpful update of the timeline, I have two questions:

DN left the residence Feb 2018, and then Dec 2018
As the purported father of the unborn child, do we know when he returned to the residence?

AF has been residing at this Dole St address continuously, correct? This home is in his name and he was residing in it before he met JC.

Re: House in Foreclosure: I live 2 blocks from a homeowner that defaulted on her loan, then declared bankrupcy and stayed in the home another 5 years..... The only way to actually have them removed from the home because of the foreclosure it to have the bank demand payment and actually sell it, or to have the country put it up for auction because of back taxes and put it up for auction. In any event, the new owner has to be the one to legally enforce the eviction with LE in attendance. In reality, this doesn't happen for years after a foreclosure and as an attorney, AF would know this.

The good news is that neither JC nor AF needs to worry. Their housing will be proved for. for many years to come

Tippy Lynn, you are amazing!!!!!
Thank you so much.

Your timeline shows years of abuse.

OOOPS, I didn't see the boiling water, incident in the DCPS nor in the 63 page call and arrest from LE.
I know a neighbor said it happened, at Halloween, but no report anywhere.

So the hospital covered it up. They are JCAHO accredited, they have procedures to report, serious injury, and this certain would met this requirement, to LE, the CPS hotline and complete a written report to CPS within 48 hours, per Illinois mandated reporting law. You can't hide a incident like that in the ER. ERs are central command for gossip, no way they kept that a secret. LE and EMTs are in the ER a lot, they are all good buddies, they talk.

I disagree with this. The DHS worker was at the hospital during that exam. It sounds to me like the physician verbally communicated his assessment to her and she then sent the kids home. If I am wrong about that I will gladly admit that error.

I must have missed this as well. I thought the neighbor never reported the incident and we had no record of it and just the mother telling the neighbor he was taken to the hospital. Do we have a report that shows this burn incident?

There is NO WAY AJ weighed 65 pounds. My 5 year old son weighs 45 lbs at 3 ft 4 inches. My 8 year old son is 4 ft 4 inches and weighs 68 lbs, and he is a bulky boy, future linebacker material. My 11 year old son is about 75 lbs, but he is small for his age.

Goes to show how neglectful parents were, they had no clue what an appropriate weight would be.

I apologize, I assumed the comment was referencing the bruise that was assessed by the dr.

Not that I know of. I have seen no links to any mainstream or official reports.

Living 2 blocks from a homeowner that defaulted on her loan, then declared bankrupcy and stayed in the home another 5 years.....

I’m not sure when DN initially came into the picture or when he returned and left again the hell whole of a home. He was arrested put in jail on Dec 19, 2018.

As far as we know AF has resided at the home continuously.
