GUILTY FL - Joleen Cummings, 34, Nassau Co, 12 May 2018 *ARREST*

Wow. Looks like makeup under her right eye too.

ETA, here is the link for the entire gallery

GALLERY: Kimberly Kessler booking photos
The scratches on Kimberly is probably why she couldn’t return to work and made up the excuse about being afraid of being found by her Ex because of the attention from the media after Joleen was missing.

Suspect Kimberly Kessler: Newly released documents shed light on what may have happened to Joleen Cummings

Fifty pages of new evidence was just released. One of those pages reveals what investigators found inside Kimberly Kessler's storage unit.

The documents say inside that storage unit Kessler had four wigs and a crown royal bag with two cut ponytails.

Detectives also found three cellphones. Investigators say Kessler has had 18 different identities over the years.
“Kessler has had 18 different identities over the years.”

If TANGLES Hair Salon had property verified Kimberlys Professional Licence as required by law she could not have been hired as a Cosmetologist and Joleen would still be alive.
TANGLES Salon also put their Customers in danger by allowing Kimberly to color TANGLES Salons Clients hair.

KK obtained her Cosmetologist license under a false identity-- Jennifer Sybert. And her license under that name is still active:
Date From

Tangles Salon Owner could not have known she was using a false identity since she had also used the name and birth record of Jennifer Sybert (a deceased child) to gain a fraudulent social security number. MOO.

Everything about this beast is a fraud.

Kimberly Kessler found not competent to stand trial

A woman accused of killing her former co-worker at a Nassau County hair salon last year was found not competent to stand trial Tuesday after a second mental evaluation that had been ordered by the court.

She was committed to the custody of the Department of Children and Families, which will send her to Florida State Hospital in Chattahoochee to "restore competency." She will be reevaluated in six months to see if she will then be fit for trial.

If she is never found competent, charges may be dropped after five years, but usually with the understanding that the person would continue to live in a psychiatric facility for the remainder of their lives.

She's crazy no doubt...crazy like a fox. A master manipulator, bipolar, refusing to take accountability for her actions, yes, but not competent to stand trial? Color me highly skeptical.
