My goodness, McNabb is all sorts of crazy.

Psychologist claims during a visit with him at the jail, McNabb told her to look up from her computer where he was right near face behind the glass that separated them, in his turtle suit (garment for suicide risk inmates) and that he began masturbating TO COMPLETION.:eek:

McNabb Defends Himself: The turtle suits are very old, have been worn by many inmates over the years therefore the Velcro closure wouldn't properly stay shut. o_O

Something to note: he never denies asking her to look up, being inches from her face, nor why he requested that she look up from her computer at him in the first place. Also, no mention of what the "substance" could have been that the psychologist
"had mistaken" as being his ejaculatory fluid. :rolleyes:

Can I ask where everyone is finding the full closing arguments? I was only able to find a link that had McNabb's attorney's closing arguments and the judge speaking to Bell + McNabb during sentencing, but I'm unable to find DA's full closing argument. Thanks to anyone who can help!

He wont be the smart mouth .. wife- beater.. brass-knuckle fighting guy that he thinks he is in Prison. He will be the "Baby Killer". plain and simple.
He knows.. I think that's why he proclaims his "I didn't do it" so angrily. He knew the jail calls were recorded. He damn well knows he will always have to watch his back in there.
 
I wouldn't be surprised to find McN was in trouble throughout his childhood. What a piece of work he is, he's in the right place. Who knows, he might even get treatment for that temper of his and his perverted character.

Thank you for posting this. I read all the interview transcripts and holy <modsnip>, dude. One thing that really struck me: on the day Caliyah was found, Cortney asked Det. Alexander to make sure her cousin didn’t leave with her makeup bags.

Her baby was found dead in the woods, but her mind was on those makeup bags.

Oh, I guess one other thing struck me - Chris saying he had been wearing the same underwear for 5 days.

The underwear - lol. Even after reading the transcripts I couldn't figure out if the ones he was supposedly wearing those days are the ones that ended up in the bag. Geez.

I still have issues with this case. When the baby was found and the methmobile was running around, I am pretty sure I read in FB groups Lauren saying they knew the baby was dead.
Then Cortney acts like she doesn't know in with the Det.

Seems it ticked her off he jumped out of the car with no kiss or squeeze of the hand. She was mad at him for that then started giving details. Yes, Chris had a bag like that.etc. What a warped crew.

I'm still bothered that we don't really know what happened. For such a long time, I thought she did it and he covered. But she she was convincing in the transcripts that she didn't know. How could you not hear that commotion?

I keep going over and over things in my head.

I think she was involved. IMO she is acting in the videos. I don’t get the feeling she had any real emotion towards her children, only for herself and Chris.

I wonder if she is still there as she is either being evaluated or they are deciding where to put her. She may be under suicide watch also. That could be a reason they haven't moved her yet. I guess time will tell.

I want to feel sorry for her then I think she is an adult. Cortney shouldn't have let her feelings for Chris get in the way of taking care of the children. The children especially Caliyah should have taken priority over Chris. It seems to me that Cortney cared more for pleasing Chris than anything or person. Cortney sure was confused and I wonder if the drugs were a factor in all of that.

In the end Cortney lost everything the kids and Chris. She maybe having a very hard time dealing with the reality of the truth. It probably sunk in when the verdict came in. What the judge told her was the truth and probably a wake up call. Very depressing news for her.
