So having degrees from two "prestigious universities" makes someone somehow more moral and more entitled to bail?
This is a problem in our country. Someone who has the funds to get into or attend college at all, let alone an expensive one, should not be at an advantage when it comes to bail. And while the judge denied his request for a reduction, the fact that the lawyer even mentioned it as a factor in entitling the guy to a lower bail shows that privilege exists.
