Also sad that the circumstances describe him as "suspect"-- is he a suspect in a crime? at age 13?

Something is confusing, circumstances tells he is missing since 2019, the missing date is stated as 2018

I checked for a NCMEC poster, to see if they had more information, and he doesn't have one. Great catch, @Darling136!

I think his last name might be spelled wrong by NAMUS. I'm finding lots of people with the last name Marroquin (with 2 R's) but none with only one r in the name. But even searching Alozno Marroquin or Alexis Marroquin, I can't find anything else about him.
