Omg. Wanted a secret room with "...Hooks built into the walls.."
Whiskey. Tango. Foxtrot.
Was that to hang people and torture them from the hooks ? As in... meat hooks ?
The Nazis did that to political victims during the 1930's-40's.
More likely to tie someone up. However most dungeons I know ( people in consensual BDSM) don’t make them secret and soundproof. JMO

Edit for typo

National Guard members also complete the same 10 week boot camp as the other soldiers from other branches. The. Same. One.

Also, this comes off as somewhat disrespectful to the National Guard. They do so much good work. And if anything horrible happens here at home in the good ol US of A it’s the National Guard that’s usually called on.

I love your User Name even more right now. Spot on.

KSL Live says 2 officers guarding the apt he was taken from and waiting on a search warrant.
I would have thought they would have obtained a warrant together with the arrest warrant - jeez. what a slow process. And a presser in the midst of all this? Doesn't the Chief want to know what they find? Unbelievable IMO

Oh. National Guard. Never even attended basic training. Stolen Valor.

Army national guard soldiers go to basic training. And my cousin is in the guard and just got home from 15 months in Iraq. He previously spent 13 months in Afghanistan.

Edit: never mind he is Army Reserves which is possibly why he deployed.

ABSOLUTELY NO disrespect to National Guard. Total disrespect to POI who PRETENDED to be a member having never even completed basic.

ETA: there was speculation he had been active in military based on his LinkedIn profile. Now we know. Stolen Valor. @schooling

I don't think he was an IT specialist, either. Maybe he interned at Goldman Sachs, but he's not the genius he pretended to be. On his interests, he also had cross dressing. This guy's mind was running on evil 24/7. Anxious to hear from his ex if she decides to talk.

Well, there's nothing illegal about it. Soundproof rooms have many uses (i.e. recording studio) and there's no law against hooks on walls, or BDSM for that matter. It's creepy and weird, but not against the law. What would LE have been able to even do?
I obviously didn't mean they should arrest anyone for those types of requests, but a heads up during a missing person's case wouldn't have hurt IMO -- if he just made those requests in April, you'd think it would be fresh in the HM's mind and he might call it into the tip line MOO

Do you have the link to his meet up profile? Thanks.

Fox 13 reporting live that LE now indicates only ONE in custody. Other man was released.
I'm WAY behind so forgive me if this has been addressed but when PF was arrested (in the KB case) I remember people thinking his mom was detained too because I believed she was put in cuffs. I think they just do this to make sure everyone stays calm

Having spent many years with someone just like the POI (in many ways), she likely left upon learning he was a complete fraud.
