PA PA - Tracy Kroh, 17, Millersburg, 5 Aug 1989 *perjury convictions*

I hope they catch his "buddies" too and he tells LE what he/they did with her remains, so she can have a decent burial. At least her family knows now that she is no longer alive and wasn't a runaway. They need to find her remains, if possible. Scenario that's comes to mind is that she was burned (there were a couple of fires) and her remains/ash buried in the woods. Scum of the earth, this Matthew Webster. Talking about "just a rape"...I wonder if there were more victims.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Tracy Kroh of Enterline was last seen at 22.00 on August. 5, 1989, at the Town Square in Millersburg, Pennsylvania, where her 1971 Mercury Comet with blue stripe, was found in the late afternoon of August 6, 1989.

Police said she used a public telephone in Millersburg before her disappearance. She had stopped by her older sister's house earlier, at the Alex Acres Trailer Park off of Pennsylvania Route 147 in the late afternoon. No one was home but Tracy delivered several items, leaving them on the porch.
She was presumed headed to see a friend, whose parents lived a few blocks from the Millersburg square.
She left $300 in her bedroom and a $400 bank balance, leading police to conclude she had not run away.

Four years later, nine miles from the Millersburg square, a farmer in Washington Township found some of her personal belongings, including her driver's license and a National Honor Society card, along Wiconisco Creek. Police searched the area but turned up nothing.
Foul play is suspected.

If this is the same Matthew Webster, have they searched this address?

Good find. It is within 4 years of Tracy's disappearance and might have been where he lived in 1989.

If he is considered a suspect in her disappearance, LE investigators should do a careful check of the property to see if she might be buried there - or to locate any other potential evidence.

If the information discussed above proves accurate, it is possible that Tracy's body was buried in an area where it can be located and recovered.

They have been searching that property recently. I believe May was the last time they had Pennsylvania state police and sonar but did not find anything. So if the body is buried there yes they could find it.

Man charged in Tracy Kroh case looking forward to his day in court

New article, Matthew Webster's court date was pushed a week.

"Webster’s former property on Middle Road is a quarter-mile from the trailer park." All this time, I assumed she was abducted in the town square. But I guess it's possible that she was abducted closer to the trailer park and the car was dumped there. It wouldn't be that much of a stretch, especially if they dump the car at night. The square, even now, is not super busy in the middle of the night.

Funny thing is $500K seems like steep bail for just a perjury charge, but my thought would be if that is what you’ve got, that is what you go with until you have evidence of more. The comments below the article above are interesting.
