one actor recognizes another actor, they are both skilled at that. Think about how a dentist has to do a good acting job when he announces it will be 58 thousand for a full set of dentures. It would take a good actor to do this to people in pain and then he drives off in his Lamborgini lol. She is of the same ilk, scamming her way in life to make up for her drunk druggie boyfriend who never consistently helps with bills. Kids are expensive, she has to act to make a quick buck.
Speaking of kids, now another innocent child has been brought into this mess. Charlie had a baby with Wendi’s ex Bf’s nanny. I saw a photo of the girl and her baby last night, and my heart just sank for that precious innocent baby. I can’t imagine bringing a child into this world in the middle of that mess ! And why in the hell are women still sleeping with that fool - and becoming pregnant? I don’t get it!

The story about the original hitmen who took the money and ran came from Garcia's cellmate -

"McNair, who shared a cell with Garcia and two others, came forward in December and told investigators Garcia had talked about being hired to kill someone. Garcia said he was approached by his "baby mama," who had been asked by a woman named "Don Adelson" to kill someone for money, McNair told an investigator in a recorded interview. Garcia said the same woman had paid $50,000 to two other people, but they took the money and never followed through with the killing, McNair said. After the shooting, Garcia and Rivera received the money from Magbanua, who got the money directly from "Don," McNair said. He also told the investigator Garcia admitted he was the shooter and Rivera was the driver and didn't know about the murder plot."

He's probably not getting much action he doesn't have to pay for these days. Or, it's just one night stands and when the women learn who he is they take a long hot shower and block his number.

But this woman moved in with him per June U’s testimony. And I don’t know if it was a June that also said it - but CA was complaining to her how miserable he was with the baby’s mom.

So sad for that child :(

"Specifically on July 1, 2014, telephone tower location records show a flurry of communication between the alleged conspirators. On that date, Charlie's and Magbanua's cellular telephones were in the vicinity of Charlie's residence between 10:04 a.m. and 1:20 p.m., possibly indicating they were together. At approximately 11:47 a.m., Magbanua's telephone began attempting to contact Garcia's telephone. Over the next 52 hours, Magbanua attempted to contact Garcia approximately 48 times. At 5:05 p.m., Magbanua made contact with Garcia and they appeared to have a conversation lasting 6 minutes and 22 seconds. Approximately 9 minutes later, at 5:20 p.m., Garcia's cellular telephone, 786-372-5986, attempted to contact Harvey's cellular telephone, 954-980-9032. The cellular records indicate this call went to voicemail. There is no known reason for Garcia to call Harvey Adelson. Over the next two hours, there are several more contacts between the suspected conspirators. Magbanua's telephone attempted to contact or did contact Garcia's telephone over 30 times. Then Magbanua's telephone called Harvey's telephone at 7:43p.m., which also appeared to go to voicemail. At 7:44 p.m., Magbanua's telephone contacted Garcia's telephone with a call duration of 4 minutes and 33 seconds."

These calls from SG to HA and KM to HA are a mystery. My only guess is that evening CA gave KM HA's phone number as a "backup contact phone" and then instructed KM to give it to SG and instructed him to call it but not leave a voicemail. Possibly CA had HA's phone in his possession or simply instructed HA not to pick up those 2 calls. Both called the numbers so all parties could have each other's numbers saved in their phones. Perhaps nobody realized those calls would be registered even if they went to voicemail and were not answered. The SG to HA call was a huge break in the case - it was the first bread crumb that led from SG to the alleged masterminds.
July 1, 2014 is when WA was in South Florida - it’s pretty clear that there was a lot of flurry to set up another run to Tallahassee to actually commit the murder this time.

I've spoken to several criminal defense attorneys we've worked for who handle capital murder cases (one of whom is a regular legal commentator on TV) to get their take on the prospects of a deal being cut by either or both defendants at this point. Almost all agreed that KM's refusal to take a full immunity deal when offered a few years ago is hard to understand given the extensive evidence she was facing and the fact that LR was providing direct testimony implicating her and SG. Nevertheless, one attorney said this: "Defendants sometimes do stupid things for stupid reasons. Some have 'magical thinking' that unrealistically convinces them they have a shot at acquittal so that refusing a deal allows them to avoid facing the reality of having to admit culpability in a heinous crime." Another acknowledged the obvious likelihood the Adelsons were influencing her -- much to her chagrin now. With regard to the situation as it stands today, for whatever reason, SR rolled the dice and finds himself convicted of two counts of first degree murder. Under Florida law there are only two possibilities for him now: 1) Life without parole; or, 2) Death Penalty. Before the jury convicted him he had the opportunity to cut a deal for a lesser charge and lesser sentence. We don't know if there were any negotiations so it is possible his counsel approached the prosecution and were rebuffed just as it is possible he's in the "ride or die" camp. We just won't know unless someone decides to reveal what occurred. However, right now the State has very little leverage over him except for its authority to remove the death penalty from the case and that is very likely not going to be a big motivator for SG now. The more interesting question is what is going on with KM. Her counsel knows that she's damaged her value to the prosecution by taking the stand and denying under oath being aware of any conspiracy with the Adelsons. On the other hand, SG did not take the stand so his testimony would be extremely valuable, should he decide to flip. One prominent attorney told me if he represented KM he would have been on the phone to SG's attorney as soon as he got home. If Katie has had a true change of heart and wants to cut a deal, her best shot would be to enlist SG's cooperation as a package deal. He also said that if KM seriously wished to cut a deal she could line up family and friends who would be willing to testify that she told them about the conspiracy, thus lessening the problem of her testimony at trial. The bottom line is the attorneys doubt there will be any startling developments prior to sentencing because there has been so little time and everybody has been locked into their positions for so long. Nevertheless, several of them told me that they expect intense negotiations will continue after Monday with KM and the impending case management conference for KM later this month will be important for several reasons. We should learn by then whether her attorneys are withdrawing and we'll get a new trial date. Finally, the consensus opinion was that a grand jury indictment of at least CA is almost inevitable because of the public statements of the prosecutor and the weight of public opinion now.
Very interesting! Thank you!

Thanks. This confirms what I predicted were the options for KM. If she has something more than her allocution to offer she’s still valuable in convicting CA.

As for SG, I maintain he can’t tie CA to DM’s murder bc KM never told him about CA’s involvement. SG only knew CA’s involvement after the bump and even then it wasn’t right away. Even if KM tried to get SG to kill the undercover on the behest of CA; it doesn’t prove conclusively that CA ordered the hit on DM. It just shows CA was being extorted and wanted to kill the person extorting him. So they can get him on solicitation but that’s it. He’s useless to the state on CA’s involvement in the DM hit and CA is the most indictable out of the Adelsons. Maaaaybe he could tie WA since it’s clear KM told him about that part of it. But even then it’s a long shot to getting WA.
Agree that very sadly it’s a long shot to get WA. I think there’s enough though and enough on DA but I don’t trust that they will be charged...

I know this may be an unpopular idea but to me the most despicable people in all this are DA, first and foremost because that’s her grand babies’s father ffs, and KM! Together they are the conniving and ruthless masterminds. CA and WA are so enmeshed and would do whatever DA told them. Look at the older brother. He gave up the love of his life before he came to his senses. WA was unhappy in Tally no doubt and DA used this to push and push because she wants her children/grandchildren close by and under her thumb. More than likely, the marriage had no chance with DA in WA’s ear. DM was doomed as soon as he got involved with WA. Mom is unhappy so CA being the only son left has to make it all better! And WA and CA hate RA because he made mom unhappy. All their actions lead to DA.

DA met her counterpart in KM. CA was truly dating his mother with KM. KM is similarly conniving and manipulative. And SG is her victim. She wanted a better life for herself by any means necessary. She coveted the Adelsons.

LR is just an opportunist. He got an equal split even though he didn’t do the shooting. In fact SG gave him more after the murder! And both KM and LR threw SG under the bus. Even his own lawyers used him for publicity and basically admitted he was guilty after the verdict came. And engaged in salacious speculation in front of the cameras.

Well he’s got his mom and hopefully she’s a good person and caring mother. I have no reason to believe otherwise. She certainly had nothing to do with this!

After the bump, during one of the wiretapped calls, CA, referring to the suspected extortionist, tells KM/DA - "There's a lot of wack jobs out there." Pot meet kettle!

I agree. DA is pure entitled wickedness. I wonder what her own mother was like.

Agreed 100%!

I still cannot believe that when the police did their undercover operation and approached DA, saying he needs more money to keep quiet about the murder, that they were not charged with anything. Minutes after encountering the undercover decoy she called CA and he called KM, saying she better take care of this “problem” guy. I can only hope one day that justice comes knocking on their doors too.
