From the article:

The man detained in connection with the abduction of a 3-year-old Birmingham girl has been charged after authorities say they found obscene photos of young girls on his cell phone.

None of the photos on Stallworth’s phone were of Kamille, according to authorities. He has not yet been charged with any crime in connection with Kamille’s disappearance.

[...]

The woman taken into custody with him Sunday night, 29-year-old Derick Irisha Brown, remains held as well after authorities filed a motion Tuesday to revoke her bond in a 2018 case in which Brown is accused of abducting her three children from DHR custody. Brown also uses the name Quentesa Jackson, and she and Stallworth are in a dating relationship.
She sounds like an awesome parent. Since they didn’t keep her in jail pending trial, I hope they are at least keeping her away from her kids.

I'm here but I'm pages behind and not much help tonight. I got up to the point of reading about the child *advertiser censored* charges and parental kidnapping charges and then I literally went to throw up. I'm recovering from a case of food poisoning I got at my relatives funeral over the weekend. I thought I was done puking my guts out until I read those charges. Poor Cupcake! I fear this means she is already dead. Even if she was passed off to someone else it's probably someone like-minded to the suspect(s). Very hard to have hope in this case. :(

We must keep in mind a couple of things:

an 11 year old boy gave the description of the vehicle and suspects, allegedly, he is possibly Cupcake's brother

It was dark out when this happened. She may have appeared lighter skinned to him. I believe he is the only witness to this, to my knowledge, no one else saw this happen.
Very true! I just went part way down the rabbit hole, and I must say, I’m really starting to believe this is NOT a random abduction! MOO

Patrick Stallworth, left, and Derick Brown, right

BBM:

They spelled both "He-Devil" and "She-Devil" wrong.

*ETA: The "He-Devil" is the on the left, in case anyone was wondering.
I realize it can be confusing, going by the pictures.

BREAKING: BPD has obtained warrants on two persons of interest in the disappearance of Kamille “Cupcake” McKinney. Patrick Stalworth, 39 is charged with possession of child *advertiser censored*, $200k bond. Derrick Brown (F), 29 is in jail without bond for probation

Brown was originally charged with kidnapping. None of these charges are related to McKinney’s disappearance. Investigators are still calling them persons of interest.

This is BAd. Dang it.

Noting:

[...]

Patrick Devone Stallworth, 39, of Birmingham, was arrested and charged with four counts of possession of child *advertiser censored* and three counts of possession of child *advertiser censored* with the intent to distribute. He is being held on a total bond of $500,000.

Derrick Irisha Brown, 29, was originally charged with kidnapping, but ultimately had her probation revoked. She is being held with no bond.

“During the investigation, detectives interviewed both subjects in relation to the disappearance of Kamille McKinney,” Smith said. “Although investigators were unable to gather pertinent information on the location of Kamille McKinney, evidence was obtained to allow detectives to obtain warrants on both subjects.”

During the press conference, Smith said he believed there were other people involved in taking McKinney. In addition, Smith said he believes “Cupcake” is still alive.

If he believes she is alive then I tend to believe she was handed off and they aren't talking. Hence, him saying he thinks others are involved. MOO

Two “persons of intererst” in abduction of Kamille ‘Cupcake’ McKinney arrested on unrelated charges

Someone correct me if I misunderstood: Patrick helped Derrick (the female gf) kidnap her kids prior to this?

With child *advertiser censored* charges I guess it doesn't take a genius to figure out his personal motivation for helping with that.:mad:

But these charges are unrelated to Kamille? A prelude though I'm sure. :(
Wonder why they couldn't nab them for anything related to Kamille directly? Guess the SUV turned up with no physical evidence of Kamille having been in it? Hair? Fingerprints? Nothing?!

I'm suspicious - currently there are 4. Two are identical except the father's name is misspelled in one. There are two more, one is no longer accepting donations. A fifth one had over 2.7k and is no longer there. I wouldn't give a penny to any of them.
I guess I’m slightly hopeful that maybe it IS a money scheme...Maybe not even a parent but a close friend or relative thinking they could get money... MAYBE

Mom charged in 2018 ‘kidnapping’ of her 3 young children at gunpoint
A Jefferson County mother has been indicted on charges that she kidnapped her three small children at gunpoint after she lost custody of them amid an abuse investigation.

The case made the news last year when 28-year-old Derick Irisha Brown led lawmen on chase before crashing into an innocent motorist and then into a sheriff’s SUV. Brown’s three children were in the vehicle during the pursuit and crash but were not injured.

[…]

Authorities were told the three little girls - 5-year-old twins and a 2-year-old - had been taken at gunpoint by their mother who then fled in a silver Buick SUV.

Deputies learned that the night before the kidnapping, DHR had removed the children from the custody of their mother as part of a safety plan while an investigation was conducted into abuse allegations. The children were placed with a relative who lived on Colonial Cove.

[…]

At about 2 p.m., deputies acting on information developed by the Metro Area Crime Center found Brown at a hotel in Fairfield. She fled in the vehicle with the children. After a brief pursuit, Brown crashed into an innocent motorist and then into a sheriff's SUV. The children were rescued unharmed.

I believe they says they were t finished with dna of vehicle yet. And as far as Patrick helping her... I’m not sure but I heard it that way. Wondering why no charges for him prior to this?

I think she is still alive.

If these "people" are looking for cash for whatever, I do believe they'll try and sell her for CP.

Ugly words in that sentence, aren't they???

JMVHO.

Just heard word of these arrests.

Priors for him of child *advertiser censored* + Priors for her of kidnapping = A partnership made in Hell.

Crud.

Crud.
My concern is that PS may be "evolving" - IOW no longer satisfied with just looking at child *advertiser censored* and wanting to experience in real life. And given he's in a dating relationship with this particular woman it does smack of a Folie a Deux in a criminal sense (rather than a clinical sense). *This is all only speculation* but the possibility scares me since the motive/goal would be different from producing pornographic pictures of Cupcake and therefore could have a different ending.
MOO.
