A couple of miles to the south is a big TA Travel Center truck stop and a few miles to the north is a rest area that is always packed with trucks. It certainly seems she was left where she would be seen/found quickly.
Where is the closest truck stop from that location?
My guess is that she was picked up at either location. If she was a regular, she should be quickly identified by researching that IWT.A couple of miles to the south is a big TA Travel Center truck stop and a few miles to the north is a rest area that is always packed with trucks.
I don’t get how she could be hit at 1:06 pm and not be seen by dozens of motorists to include trucks. 99 is packed with trucks during the daytime and at night. It’s a major shipping lane for all the produce leaving the Central Valley. I wonder if the time is correct although there must be video of the accident for them to know the exact time she was hit.
