Seeing this really puts it into perspective. I’m sick seeing KK point out the blood spatter and thinking how hard he swung that bat.

She even says she knows there is some along the wall near the floor because she "didn't move the chairs to get it."

Not that she left it for investigators to find.

This is another Child Custody hearing.

(A reporter that interviewed WPPD Police Chief also said she doesn't think PF will be transferred from Teller County jail until after this hearing).

No trial. Pre-sentencing hearing December 2nd, and sentencing 8 weeks later, iirc.

Sam said he overheard the court clerk tell another reporter that KK will be sentenced 8 weeks from date of PF's sentence. I hoped that her 12/2 status hearing would be changed to her sentencing but it looks like she'll get to spend the holidays at home this year.

Oh wow, in the CBS video, prosecutor Jennifer Viehman comes right out and says PF wanted KK to pin it on.

Also, photos of PF at the ATM and the tote in the back of the truck are shown at about the 1:27 mark.

Jennifer Viehman says, "But, he wanted Krystal Lee to pin it on," at 2:25.

In the upcoming 48 Hours segment, they will have more video of KK, PF, and the last image of Kelsey that hasn't been seen. The segment will air tomorrow night on CBS at 10 p.m./9 CST. MOO
