Did she have jury selection start on 8/1 & 8/2? Or was that deleted with trial starting on 8/12?

Mother accused of murdering her child allowed to attend child's funeral

TWIN FALLS — A woman charged with murder in the death of her child will be allowed to attend the baby’s funeral.

Dunlap’s public defender, Marilyn Paul, filed a motion requesting Dunlap be released to attend Lyryk’s funeral on Saturday. She will be allowed to wear street clothes and will be supervised by Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office personnel throughout her release, according to the order signed by Fifth District Judge Roger B. Harris on Wednesday.

A status conference for Dunlap is scheduled for Aug. 27, but no trial date has yet been set in the case.

Plead not guilty. Waived Prelim hearing.
Status hearing on 9/17 continued to 1/7/19. 1/7/19 Update: Next Status Conference hearing on 4/8. 4/8/19: Status conference hearing on 6/11, pretrial hearing on 7/22 & jury selection on 8/1 & 8/2, trial starts 8/12/19. 6/11/19 Update: Next hearing 7/2. Status hearing on 7/29.
7/2/19 Update: Next status hearing on 7/29. On court site jury selection dates 8/1 & 8/2 & trial date 8/12/19 no longer listed. Might be the same as Molina’s court dates. 7/29/19: Next hearing on 8/27.

Plead not guilty. Trial set to begin 2/26/20 for Molina only.
Status hearing on 10/9/18 continued to 11/19/18. Trial set for 6/17/19 and moved to 8/12/19, and moved again to 2/25/20.

Trial date set for man charged in baby's death

Molina’s status conference was meant to determine what dates expert witnesses for both the prosecution and defense would be available to testify. Both sides agreed that February 2020 was the first time those witnesses could be scheduled.

The trial, which is expected to last nine days, was placed on the court calendar for February 25. A pretrial conference is set for February 10. Molina remains in custody at the Twin Falls County Jail.
 
I have a Jury Trial & Jury Questionnaire hearing on 2/7/20 @ 9am for Molina - is that still "on" ? @Idaho Lynx - if you can check for me? TIA! :)
 
As of 1/16/20 in Amanda Dunlap's case, attorneys were still submitting Supplemental Responses to Request for Discovery.

AD is still being represented by a public defender.
JM went from public defender to private criminal attorney.
