I'm not going down Psychics Boulevard, but just wondering if there could be some occult references? That's crossed my mind since the dog burials with their heads above ground. Just my own musings.
No its not occult imo never seen this before

Or covering up ?

I think GA is grasping at straws, clutching on by his fingertips, still insinuating that the parents were involved.
He has dug himself SO far down into his hole now that he can't allow himself to have any other opinion, as that would be admitting that he was wrong.
I think he's still hoping that he's going to be justified in that LE have the "scapegoat".
imo.

Yeah same.
I wouldn’t say he was ugly, I actually think he looks quite handsome on this pic; but then on the ones released yesterday he looks really different and a bit drifterish.

This is the trouble with trial by tabloid media

Propensity reasoning kicks in

In reality he looks no different than many other guys of his age drifting around with a rusty old van

What we do no is he has an abusive personality and committed sex offences

But that of itself says nothing about whether he is guilty in this particular case

A friend of Brueckner's heard about the challenge through the radio and got in touch to recommend him as someone who could help.
Who could that friend have been?

To save anyone time I did manage to find the trips webpage on the wayback machine but there are not many grabs of the site so nothing about CB. The following translation captures the spirit of the adventure the young people were on: Der Trip deines Lebens!

storm of Love

We're stuck again! And that too crooked. In stormy rain, lightning and thunder. Our first romantic night is coming, which we have already started with delicious wine, beer and scary stories. But unfortunately that doesn't change the fact that we're stuck. Hence at least romantic. After the day had started quite well and we were able to leave our lonely gas station, our big plans to experience Barcelona at sunset did not quite work out. Here, too, continuous siesta seems to be the order of the day, hardly anyone comes by and certainly not with a towbar. The eternally painful subject. We obviously stand out for that. Not always as we would like, but at least we stimulate the fantasies of the petrol station attendants.

Open the city gates, Barcelona, we're coming!

Every additional kilometer triggers euphoria with us, hence this heading. Happiness accompanied us at least a bit, and four Germans and their three dogs moved us to a much larger rest area in Gandia. Heiko and Kurt are just about to emigrate to Portugal, and Heiko's parents have now taken a look at the area where their son is moving on their vacation. They are not yet completely convinced of this step, since the distance to Portugal is already very long and a spontaneous meeting is not so easy.

Shared pain is half of the pain

0204_1

We are stuck, and we did it yesterday morning. Frustration is slowly spreading, especially since the weather is about to rain and hardly a car can get past this lonely gas station. Certainly not one with a towbar. Our goal today to come to Barcelona doesn't seem tangible yet, but it is doable. Barcelona is about 450 kilometers from here, and we can drive 500 kilometers today. What makes our project even more difficult is Lars' panicky fear of dogs. He doesn't admit it, but his aversion to cute wowwaus is obvious. The best one still has a sore throat today, I guess that comes from yesterday's hair washing in the open air.

I got nice hair…

Lars has been washing his hair for the first time in six days at the motorway service area this morning. Uli held the canister and was delighted at how he lolled sexy underneath. No wonder with this fragrant shampoo! Here is the highly erotic clip:

You see, we are making the best of this Sunday, which unfortunately has not given us any new kilometers today. Sandro from yesterday drove us back to the motorway service area around half past 11 and we quickly bought 10 kilos of fresh oranges for 4 euros. You can't imagine what they taste like. Something refreshing, no supermarket in Germany has anything like that to offer.

Good day. I want my life back! (Saturday experience report)

Picture from the private archive of the Indian type (there he was in India and was made up)

There it was again: Our beloved gas station. A fresh, intense smell of gasoline flowed through our nasal cavities and was only interrupted by the shrill ringing of the cell phone. The voice of Sven made us aware of which day of the week we live. Our sense of time diminishes from day to day and is only controlled by the rising and setting of the sun.

We didn't set out until around ten o'clock to look for new passengers. We tried out a new secret strategy. We split up. Communication specialist Uli wore her charm directly at the petrol pump, Lars put his innocent smile at the entrance to the motorway. I moved between the chairs and tried here and there to discover my hidden skills as a motivational trainer.

Good find thanks for posting, it was certainly worth investigating :)

I believe we're all familiar with the 'presumption of innocence'

BTW @Kikixxxx was only saying that she thought CB looked quite handsome.
That's not propensity reasoning in my book, but a personal opinion.

No news provided to U.K. media since they closed the search. It makes me wonder if they now have everything they need.

Would LE indicate by now if they hadn't found anything and needed something else?

I realise that which was why I agreed he just looked like a fairly standard guy in a van like you see every day at the beach

The tabs try to imply guilt via fallacies

Suspicious looking pock marked eastern european hanging around the ocean club etc

Beauty is, indeed, in the eye of the beholder.

What is ugly to some may be good looking to others and our perceptions of physical attractiveness change throughout our lives.

The witness was young at the time and youngsters find quite a lot of men of that age "ugly" due to the fact that they are forming their own identity at that point.

What we have read has allowed us to form an opinion regarding his physical looks so we may project a physical ugliness onto him based on what we know he has done.

The latest video may change our perception and brings "humanity" to CB.
I wouldn't necessarily describe him as ugly in a physical way, even though I know about the crimes he has committed.

Based on what we know now, he is certainly ugly inside.

It would be very interesting to know if the witness has identified him or can even remember.
I think it's difficult for us to judge his looks because we know what he's been accused of and what he's already been charged with. In the light of that it's hard not to see evil eyes or whatever

But if I was presented with his photo with no prior knowledge I'd have said unremarkably ordinary. You wouldn't look twice if you passed him on the street because he's not outstandingly attractive or distinctive looking. You wouldn't find him physically unattractive if you were flirting in the pub or if he chatted you up.

In short he would only be noticable if his behaviour appeared odd.

That's a bugbear of mine too, the 'Johnny Foreigner' xenophobia and prejudice writ large in the way the UK tabloids in particular report these things.

oh please don't start with the xenophobia nonsense again.
UK tabloids scrutinize everything and everyone, it isn't a 'xenophobic' issue, they are rags don't get me wrong but to try and make out its only towards "johnny foreigners" is simply not true and rather ignorant. IMO
