There is SOOOOOO much that never gets to the public regarding physician problems.
Yeah, like the medical serial killers I mentioned earlier.

89 year old victim, Oh MyMurdered victim named by CBC.

The fact that the victim just died last week and the charges and arrest already made - there must be some pretty compelling evidence- eye witness, video etc.
Seems hospital caught it before an autopsy could have been done, MOoI think you may be right, especially *if* (speculation on my part) the patient was on monitors or life support of any kind.
Based on his previous behaviour, I’m wondering if he purposefully changed the patient’s record again. (Eg. added or removed medications on the chart and the discovery was made if the patient was autopsied.) *speculation

I know. He was previously disciplined for adding a note to a record but omitting the time and date. I was wondering if he had repeated similar behaviour with a more serious omission/deletion and that is what raised red flags and led to the murder charges. (But there being a witness or video is likely.)Falsifying medical records, on any level, is grounds for discipline, if not outright license revocation.
Ws thread..There was a case in Canada involving a nurse/serial murderer who euthanized elderly patients with insulin.

She was fired for making errors, but got a letter of reference and went on to kill again. Reporting procedures were not followed.

Hawkesbury homicide investigation focuses on deaths of five COVID-19 patients | Ottawa Citizen
Interesting article.
Just going to go out on a limb here and surmise that older covid patients were murdered to make room for younger patients.
His tweet to Ryan Reynolds, (which is weird in itself) gives me a sense that this guy was losing it.
I had a feeling that this might have been what was happening.
ALL MOO, JMHO and so on and so on.
Yes, Covid patients. A whistleblower brought this down. Was the whistleblower a nurse?

I'm going to guess it was someone who is in the Covid Unit. So, another doctor, intern, nurse, nurse practitioner, etc.I'm going to.say a pharmacist. They would notice missing or improperly prescribed medication.
