Yes and hope that BM doesn't find a way to get to Suzanne's remains first. I'm so bummed.Technically, what this decision tells us is that although the Judge found probable cause to bound BM over for trial at 1st -degree murder, allowing BM bail means the evidence presented by the state wasn't so great where the Judge believes conviction would be most likely. Not having a body is a wrench here. Let's hope that SM will be recovered prior to trial!
