This may have been stated, but this thing moves fast.

Regarding the story from the neighbors:

Fox 13 reports Laundries appeared to go on a trip in a new camper about a week after BL returned. The wife states they were gone for the weekend.

BL returns on September 1st, so it couldn't be the weekend immediately following because that was only two days later (9/3-9/5), which would mean it would have been 9/10-9/12 and that can't be true unless LE did not speak with the Laundries when the initially retrieved the van. The search warrant actually doesn't specifically state when they spoke to the Laundries. That's a separate item with no specific date.

Specifically, Guthrie stated "They were gone for the weekend." One can assume all three were gone, but did all three return? Also, were they gone just through the weekend, or does "for the weekend" mean the weekend was included?

I wonder if the man on WFLA knows the camera is live lol

Where are you seeing this, please? Their YT video isn't live and I didn't see anything on their website, though perhaps my old eyes missed it.

I'm no attorney, but that sounds like it might be questionable. If Brian is charged it will be a federal crime because it happened on federal lands.

But, charges against his parents would not be tied to his case, but rather stand on their own, and I don't think the fed would be able to charge them. I think charges--if applicable--would come from the local court system.
And Florida never went after the Anthony’s!

Didn't the Laundries return home again followed by the LE caravan that earlier escorted them away from the home? Do I have that wrong?
I'm not sure if I can post this, but this is from a Florida attorney's office. It explains Accessory After the Fact. With family relations, it only for third degree felonies committed by the offender

Defending Against Accessory After the Fact Criminal Charges in the State of Florida

Sigh. This is a Federal case. Florida laws do not apply.
If GP was killed on Federal land would the State of Wyoming have jurisdiction?

No. The Federal Government has jurisdiction.

I can't possibly go back now, but before all this happened, how many followers did GP have (on any account?). Was it a large number? Perhaps her newfound popularity was upsetting to him as she got more attention. I saw some of her posts barely had any comments (prior to the public attention) so I can't imagine it was going too well.
I searched her IG the day this story came out and I can tell you the number of followers she has now has grown dramatically since that day

I know there is no proof, that's why I questioned how the "Gabby investigators" determined what they saw was a sonogram, or knew what type it was.

Agreed. That sounds like a lot of speculation, but keep in mind that the #1 cause of death is pregnant women in murder.

There's a whole lot of psychology behind that fact.

They’re just headed out for dinner and movie.
I’d not be surprised considering their laissez-faire attitudes and actions throughout this whole case.

I wouldn't either.

I mean, it's the middle of downtown Orlando. They could be doing almost anything. Planning a cruise for next year. Shopping for a new fall wardrobe. Going to a couples spa. Who knows.

Though under the circumstances, a lawyer visit does seem likely.

Judging by the quality of the photos, I think she tried really hard.

The thing is, people that don’t blog or do Youtube don’t know just how hard it really is. How much work goes into it. How long it takes. Especially in the beginning, because the learning curve is huge. And before you find your groove, your way of doing things, it really is a slow process.

(You think blog posts get written quickly, in reality it takes hours. Editing pics takes hours, if you have many. Video is especially time consuming, it takes days. Youtube is often difficult and uploads can take up to hours to go through. Social media alone is time consuming, even for a single photo.)

It’s much better to make things ahead of time. Produce content first, release later.

Gabby had the hunger and already a really solid following on IG. I think she had around 100k followers before this took a turn and she became a missing person. She clearly wanted it and was willing to work for it.

If anything, she just wasn’t prepared, as many aren’t. So her content calendar was empty because she thought she could do it along the way.

BL seems like the complete opposite to me. If anything he seems like someone who wants praise, but doesn’t understand or want to live the blogger / vlogger life. They seemed mismatched to me. It wouldn’t surprise me if he was annoyed with the amount of time she spent working on her project.

I really think she would’ve succeeded with or without him. Possibly without him if he really was blocking her.

MOO
I agree 100% with everything you said!

I used to visit this site years ago and appreciated the excellent sleuthing I observed at that time. But, unfortunately, I must now say that in reference to this particular event anyway, much of the meticulous sleuthing of the past has devolved into wild speculation.

My understanding of the rules are you must provide a link to support any hypotheses you may have so a speculative comment doesn't turn into a conspiracy theory. Perhaps, the mods just can't keep up with the high volume of comments coming in?
Interesting to watch someone who's speculating a lot telling others not to speculate. JMO.

No it was a small number, "influencer"-wise. I've read that the Youtube video has 500-ish views and she had under 1000 IG followers.

So, if they find Brian, what then? If he's just a POI can they make him leave the reserve?

He is not just a POI. His parents reported him as an endangered missing person. As such, he would most likely be taken to an emergency psych unit to be evaluated. The FBI can then make a decision as to when or if they should make him a suspect, arrest him , give the Miranda speech and start indicting him. For all we know, they might have things all ready to go right now… or not, if there is insufficient evidence to indict him.

A #NorthPort law firm is now offering a reward up to $20,000 for information regarding #BrianLaundrie’s exact whereabouts.
Call me crazy, but I honestly don't think that $$ is going to make anyone come forward with his location. I think if someone knows, they would tell at this point. Maybe I am being naïve. But the other side of me hopes that someone does come forward and uses this reward for something good and heartfelt, like donating it to a DV cause in the name of Gabby.
