Thanks for the clarification. It would definitely not surprise me that it has continued, and I guess it’s possible that they are investigating new/continued issues that haven’t come to light yet.

If that’s the case then, it makes more sense to me that maybe she did know why and chose not to say. I just find it so strange that no one in her life knows why she was there that day, or who know knows that lives there. Yet the employees are apparently familiar enough with her to recognize her and her dog.

I wish we had outside confirmation of what JW stated. Not that I suspect him, but he's served up such a large word salad - I need more dressing :)
Right now I don't think Heidi's death is connected to JW or JS. Unless JS can be connected to why Heidi spent time at H+F.

I can't believe he's really that scattered in his thinking and a professional successful business person. Seems he omits info when it serves his purpose, which is manipulation. Normal communication is not that confusing. MOO

Maybe. But there is evidence out there that he has a dog-- it's just not from the MSM. And Seven was presumably his kid's dog too. And he'd already reported HP missing on Oct 20. I wonder if it slipped his mind when talking to LE the dog was with her the last time he saw her?

It's just weird to me that he got her phone on Oct 21 (weird IMO he took the phone from her house anyway but doubly weird if he took it but didn't check for messages) and at that time he said he knew someone had found the dog because he had a chip. Yet he didn't even try to see if a message had been left by the dog-finder for 4 days. Maybe there were lots of messages. But according to JW he didn't even look at the phone for 4 days after he got it. And he got it 4 days after she went missing. Like with the text to Bond, I just don't buy JW is that much of an airhead.

On Nov. 4, Planck's 2017 Range Rover was discovered in the underground parking garage of a residential building several blocks away, according to the LAPD.

I wonder if either of them have underground parking? Wouldn't that be interesting if Heidi's RR was found at either one.

I didn’t see any texts from Heidi in the strings except for the earlier exchange about the red flowers gift she had with BW’s step mom. It’s funny that all of Bond’s messages about his game are shown but not her response. I’ll see if I can pull them over here, unless Slowpoke the wiz beats me to it. .:p

I don't find it odd at all - at least not as odd as so many people on Melrose saying they knew Heidi, saw her often and that she was a cheerful, helpful member of their community, always cheerful, very friendly, "everyone knew her."

It's a shopping district, she didn't live that close to it, but apparently she was there a lot. I wonder why. How did shopping create a situation in which people thought she was so helpful? None of them says that she was their friend, just that she was a "member of their community."

Apparently she just...hung out there. Did she also "hang out" near H+F?

Just playing delvils advocate…if you ate a very private person why not just grab an Uber? It was during COVID lockdown there wouldn’t have been crazy traffic/been an expensive Uber and Uber was still operating with masks. I also think that sure maybe she didn’t tell her friend why she was there and if asked she just said she had to do some things there but cmon of course you’d ask why don’t you have your car, where is it?!

And as far as the Melrose part…she used to live and work around that area for years as did her ex have a salon close by so she had multiple reasons to be in the area for years as she just moved into the new home right before COVID in 2019 and most likely was working from home since the office was no longer. People also say things they remember of kind people especially once that’s missing and also many things can get take out of context but I don’t think that is anymore odd then her friend being asked to pick her up from a random DRLA Hightower without knowing why she was there and without car MOO.

Thank you this is exactly what I’ve been saying…ther is NO active investigation from SEC regarding JS only what media and JW has stated about a public case from things they had been investigating starting almost a decade ago and that was over in 2018. Of course there is speculation about his money laundering but there is absolutely no proof of that. I highly doubt JS used her name for filings if he was trying to hide or distance himself from those LLCs when a quick google search of her name brings up the LinkedIn where she has she worked for him it just doesn’t add up…

But then of course we have the call supposedly from the SEC to JW after she disappeared. Like whaaaat is going on. I’ve forgotten certain bits of this by now.

I agree but at the same time the SEC goes off facts and evidence and financial tails not off solely the testimony of a said former assistant/coworker/controller/agent/manager of LLCs where she could have been the “daming witness” of his misconducts that’s just not how it works. Her words could not have more sway on a pending case in his favor or against it they literally prove money moving in and out of funds etc. so she really didn’t matter if that was the case. Look at his former assistant in the last case…she was not in trouble or charged and is actually a lawyer now in San Fran area.

At the same time anyone could look up his phone # and just be trolling…I can find his # and could have called…clearly the SEC that has not active investigation going on calls the ex of a coworker who was working for/with who they were looking into to see what he “thought” about her boss lol like that just doesn’t happen. Anyone could have inserted themself in that ya know.
 
JW was very quick to accuse JS of foul play & also very quick to assume worst (spoke of very early on of wanting closure, son wanting to talk to mom “one last time”)….we now know his statements were made before her car was even found.

Yeah, the way JW described the call, it almost seemed more like an informal chat than an interrogation. Almost like a chat one would have with a friend or family member.

Completely agree and to be honest I wonder if she was escorting (sexually or companionship wise) or was having an ongoing affair with someone that lives there or has a spot there possibly and her friend said that she picked her up there and then realized oops. She is a grown woman and can do whatever she wants, no shade thrown but if friend did know she certainly wouldn’t want to make her look bad in public when she is worried bc she is missing and just wants help finding her.

I also feel like we don’t really know about the staff saying they were familiar with her and/or her dog. Again this was somewhat hearsay…that could simply be a doorman saying she and her dog looked familiar from just that day that they remembered seeing them or it could mean they were there often and they knew exactly why she was there and who with…again not enough context to know what that comment even means or really exactly what was even said.
 
I’ve been wondering if possibly HP was secretly renting at H&F as a kind of safe house. Reportedly she had been telling people she was afraid (not clear of what). JW said her location tracking on her devices was turned off. Maybe she parked a few blocks from H&F, so no one would see her car & locate her. Maybe she left her purse/phone in the car so that her exact location could not be tracked to H&F. Could the video be her walking from her car to H&F? Just a theory—but apparently she had real reason to be afraid.

In fact, that is not an comolete description of JS legal jeopardy and perilous state of affairs. He got off somehow on the mastermind part of the maneuverings, but besides the 9 million dollar paltry sum payback, the SEC wants him sidelined. Every single other person involved in the web of fraud was sentenced and fined dizzying amounts. His time will come.
I’ll pull the SEC complaint over and the Judge’s subsequent negative verdict to JS bogus plea to have the Case against him dismissed last year. Reading through the trove of SEC filings is like being sucked into the swirling multidimensional Matrix of Criminal Investment Fraud amd Scummy Skullduggery. MOO MOO
