ITA. The absolute silence about this case from law enforcement and prosecutors offices lends itself to the impression that IE's continuing public attacks have intimidated them.
I really wish LS would do something to renew public focus, build momentum, and gain access to more resources. Boulder police
just announced that they intend to do just that in the JonBenet Ramsey case, by consulting the
Colorado Cold Case Task Force. LS and JS could do the same. At the same time, LS could announce that she is partnering with the
Special Prosecutions Unit of the Colorado Attorney General's office, because of the potential multi-jurisdictional aspect of the case (multi-district/state/Federal) and because of its complex nature. This would give her access to the State Grand Jury, if necessary (As

budget restrictions imposed by the County Commissioners led LS's predecessor, Molly Chilson, to decline to pursue the
Beverly England murder investigation through the County Grand Jury. I note that LS has not convened that jury in the England case, presumably for the same reason).
