Per the below article, maybe Paul drove his truck to his grandparent's home in Almeda (which is in Hampton County), switched into his uncle's truck there, and drove his uncle's truck to Moselle?

"Whether Paul Murdaugh’s presence at Moselle was a surprise to Alex Murdaugh – or something he knew about – is still unknown....

According to his uncle, John Marvin Murdaugh, Paul spent the day working with him at his equipment rental business in Okatie, S.C.. When Randolph Murdaugh III needed to be transported to the hospital in Savannah, John Marvin drove his truck to his parent’s home in Almeda and took his father to Savannah in his mother’s car.

He asked Paul to retrieve his truck from his parent’s home – which is believed to be the vehicle Paul drove to Moselle on the night he was murdered. As our founding editor Will Folks reported in this article, Paul was at Moselle checking on a friend’s dog. It’s never been made clear if Paul’s presence was unexpected."

Thank you for the info.

Something's fishy here IMO. I find it strange that AM told authorities that he doesn't know who was threatening Paul, but Buster did.
Does it seem strange that a father doesn't know what both of his sons do? Buster must have told AM he knew who was threatening Paul. Why not also share who it was and why?

Yes, that's a very strange statement. If your son has been threatened and you've been told that information by your other son, you would naturally ask him "who is threatening him?"

Hmmmm

Did AM call MM's phone to aid himself in locating it?

(If MM's phone went silent at 8:49, where did AM's calls and texts go?)

JMO

No, his brother did, using Buster's phone. Supposedly, Buster had an app on his phone where he and his mom could keep track of each other. I think Paul had it, too.

In June 2021, The Island Packet reported that although Paul Murdaugh’s cell phone was found near his body on the night of the killings, investigators found Maggie’s phone the next day on a road outside of the family’s Colleton County property. John Marvin Murdaugh said he was sitting inside the house on the Moselle property and asked Alex Murdaugh if he could ping Maggie’s phone. Buster, he said, told him that he and his mother shared locations with each other and he could ping it. Marvin Murdaugh drove down to the crime scene to a group of investigators and told them that Maggie’s phone was active and could be tracked, he said.

ETA: John Murdaugh got Buster or AM to give him the password to Maggie's phone and the police opened it. JM left after that.

Buster Murdaugh gets settled in court behind his dad.

The woman with Buster in the black & white top is his girlfriend Brooklynn White.

Yesterday an email was sent to the judge from a Chris Wilson complaining about a violation of court order prohibiting the disclosure of the identity of jurors. Judge Newman says he did not respond. Now attys are huddled looking at the email.

Attorney Joe McCulloch today sitting on the prosecution side. He was asked by a reporter yesterday on why he sat on defense side to which he replied this isn't a bride/groom situation...however he's switched sides today. He's suing #AlexMurdaugh/estate repping a boat crash vic

Three camera shots on
@LawCrimeNetwork
and on our YouTube live stream.

Sgt. Daniel Greene is the first witness. We expect to see bodycam footage from when he arrived at the scene.
Alex Murdaugh wiping away tears. Sgt. Greene talking about arriving on the scene of the murders of his wife and son.
Alex Murdaugh with his head down appearing to cry as the sergeant describes the blood around the bodies of Paul and Maggie Murdaugh. "Appeared to be a large amount of blood around each of them as well as brain matter.”

NOTE: Judge's order that we are not allowed to show crime scene/bodies, etc... Therefore, we cannot show this bodycam footage.

Alex Murdaugh is crying on the bodycam footage. One of the first things Murdaugh brings up is the boat crash. "I know that's what this is"

"They aren't dead, are they?" #AlexMurdaugh cries. Sergeant testifies he never saw tears. Murdaugh is on the phone with his brother and says, "Maggie and Paul are dead."

Now back from break. Dick Harpootlian getting ready for cross-exam and as you can see, #AlexMurdaugh has a lot to say to him before he begins.

Harpootlian begins cross-exam by asking Sgt. Greene why he didn't return his many voicemails. Greene says he never got any.

Sgt. Daniel Greene testifies about finding disgraced lawyer #AlexMurdaugh's dead wife and son at their South Carolina home.

LISTEN: 911 call made by #AlexMurdaugh. "It's bad.." Dispatch: Did they shoot themselves? Murdaugh: Hell no!

LISTEN: 911 call made by #AlexMurdaugh. He tells the dispatcher that he's on his way back up to the house to get a gun "just in case."

Pool photog catches tears falling from #AlexMurdaugh's face this morning during testimony.

As is pretty typical in trials, the prosecution is going in chronological order starting with the 911 call and first responders.

There is a lot of communication going on between #AlexMurdaugh and his attorneys during the showing of crime scene photos, specifically shoe impressions. Remember, Murdaugh was an attorney, he's very active in his defense.

We will get redacted versions of the bodycam footage shown in court today in #AlexMurdaugh either tonight or tomorrow. Once we receive we will publish on http://lawandcrime.com and our YouTube.

"OBJECTION! ...If he's going to pursue this FRIVOLOUS line of questioning I'd ask that the jury be excused." - Dick Harpootlian objects. Judge sustains it, Harpooltian thanks the judge. Judge Newman: "I don't need to be thanked for any ruling."

Tinish Bryson-Smith of the Hampton County 911 center takes the stand in SC v. #AlexMurdaugh. She says sometimes 911 calls from other counties are picked up by Hampton County due to where a cell phone picks up on a tower

Bryson-Smith says they received a 911 call on June 7, 2021 from #AlexMurdaugh. Call moved into evidence

On cross, Dick Harpootlian asks just a couple of quick Q's about how a call is routed to a 911 call center. They talk about the cell tower and that's how it's determined. This might sort of help the defense. Call made from Colleton is routed to Hampton Co. b/c of the tower

Now Capt. overseeing Colleton County 911 call center takes the stand. She says it's common for them to receive calls from Hampton County because there are a few counties in that area and it depends on the cell tower the call uses

Chief Barry Mcroy, Colleton County Fire & Rescue, take the stand
