Acosta (54/now 56) arrested, charged & indicted (9/10/20) & arraigned (9/24/20) with 2 felony counts of endangering the life of a child & 1 felony count of reckless conduct. $20K bond (bonded out 9/10/20). Plead not guilty. Balance due: $2K bond.
Trial was set to begin on 12/9/22 cancelled with no further dates.

On Jan. 21, the ARDC announced Andrew T. Freund, licensed as an attorney since 1984, had been disbarred after being convicted last year of involuntary manslaughter, aggravated battery of a child and concealment of a homicidal death.

It says in this article April 25, 2019 that JC was 7 months pregnant. Did she give birth in prison? Why did these f*ckers keep having children if they CLEARLY did not want them? This case disgusts me to my core. Especially JC's fake tears. I don't wish ill on anyone except pedophiles, rapists, and murderers (if it wasn't self defense, the battered woman or man defense, or any case like Cyntoia Brown). I've reached a point where I have seen such horrible behaviors from the criminals of humanity on this website along with the FB groups I am in, that I fully believe in the death penalty now (unless there is any doubt whatsoever on their guilt) when I used to think it was beyond inhumane. No, what these people DO is inhumane.

I haven't looked, assuming AF & JC got life in prison w/o parole and not death penalty... sigh

Thanks for the update! They are wise to ask for a bench trial. A jury would be ruthless. There is no excuse for their failure to do their job and it cost that sweet child his life. RIP, AJ. Justice is heading your way.
