A Tulsa County judge sentences a convicted rapist to 10 years in prison for trying to procure child *advertiser censored* while he was incarcerated.
Patrick Lee Mayberry pleaded no contest to a felony count involving allegations that he asked a convicted sex offender to send him pornographic pictures of a nine-year-old Tulsa girl in 2005. The 29-year-old Mayberry previously lived in Tulsa with the girl and her mother.
~snip~
he sent a letter to a recently released inmate who also stayed with the woman and her daughter.

OK What is wrong with this story? Could it be this woman needs to have HER head examined for allowing ex-cons to come crash at her house when she has a vulnerable 9yo daughter?!?! The woman found the letter supposedly...so doesn't that indicate that the man staying with her did not turn it over to her or authorities? WTH is this woman thinking?!
Also...it states this was done in 2005? They are just now convicting him on these charges?
