I just listened to this, some very interesting info here. Richard talks about trying to "reach out" to George and the inner workings of the family. Richard also says that in one conversation with Cindy he tells her that her and George knew Jesse was not Caylee's father before he ever took a paternity test, because the dates were off. He tells Cindy that they were willing to let him continue on as Caylee's father, even when they knew it wasn't biologically possible. Cindy's response to this was that they didn't make him, Jesse, continue a relationship with Casey.

Another interesting part of the interview was when Richard G. tells Detectives, that Jesse told him, that Lee said there was a fight on the 15th and Cindy did have her hands around Casey's neck. Richard said it was plain that Cindy "wore the pants" in that family, even as far as Caylee was concerned. He tried to reach out to George to talk about what was really going on with Casey and by the time he got to the house George was in hiding for most of the evening and only came out when Richard was leaving, at about 11pm.

Also Richard tells investigators that Cindy told his wife that she could loose "both of her girls with this one".

RG came across in that interview as a very intelligent, caring person. His story of going to the vigil to specifically talk to George (at George's invitation) really struck me as to how sneaky and b...less George really is. Imagine, hiding in a back room in order not to face someone. What a coward!

I agree, that was weak, even for George ! Add to that the fact that all of them have tried to implicate Jesse in this crime. Jesse and his parents took Casey and Caylee in and cared for them, even after it was proven that Jesse was not the father, after it was poven that Casey lied about that to Jesse. I just can NOT imagine how they must feel. They are a whole lot better than I am, I don't think I could ever be so forgiving !

This was a very interesting interview! RG was onto a lot of things well before LE had even worked them out! He is also one of the only people interviewed (and there were many) who can actually string a proper sentence together!

well, my opinion is anyone that comes in contact with this family is burned one way or another and its just too bad! even cindy's brother and mother tried to help them only to be cut off at the knees.. what do you think the trial will reveal?

Also, when Richard calls George, after he sees an attorney on TV mention that Jesse may be involved in Caylee's disappearance, he leaves a message asking if George has any part in the accusations. George doesn't call him back, Cindy does. Cindy tells Richard that George is busy and wants to know what his question is. Unbelievable that George couldn't even call the guy back and talk to him about what was going on. Now George wants to be a part of a missing child organization, where I would think that integrity and honesty are important characteristics...? George needs to continue counseling and get his life back, it's ridiculous.

This was probably the most insightful and articulate interview yet. This man is no fool and he seems to have nailed KC very early on. Jesse is lucky to have him.

I definitely think this is a possibility and she was planning to frame JG right after she killed Caylee. What other reason would she have to take a shower over there?

She might have been low on funds and was looking for an opportunity to get into JG's wallet when his back was turned. I do think that the shower and gas stories were KC's way of getting incriminating evidence to pin the entire thing on JG. I wonder if the devious KC was able to sneak a personal item out of JG's apartment that day? If JG had brought the gas over to KC, would she have thought up an excuse for leaving his gas can in her trunk with his fingerprints all over it. Would KC have thought up a reason to give JG her car keys, or an extra set, to hold for her so then JG would also have access to the car. IMO JG made a very good decision to not go meet KC at Amscot that night. IMO RG also was very wise to go to LE with all of his theories about KC trying to frame his son.

I thought it was interesting too, I never made a connection between her going over to shower, asking for gas and a possible set up...but, now that it has been mentioned I think it's highly possible.

I also recall that around this time, KC wanted JG to go to the beach with her, which never happened. Was this too part of a greater scheme.

I thought this as well VERY early on when I still believed that KC was intelligent. I no longer think that she had any other motive other than wanting to shower. She went there the night after she had slept in her car (after TL had left for NY)...I think she needed to wash and that is that.

I need to go listen to this again but doesn't RG state that KC mentioned ZG by name? I think it was after he told her the Grunds couldn't babysit Caylee anymore. KC told him that her friend at Universal introduced her to a "Zenaida" who was going to watch Caylee while KC worked.

I agree. This little evil woman watched enough movies (including the one she rented with Tony at Blockbuster THE DAY THE BABY WAS KILLED about a nanny kidnapping a child, and One Tree Hill, etc. to get the ideas of how to pin this on someone. Richard is right on the money about KC and Jesse is lucky to have him. The fact that they had welcomed this little baby in to their home and were caring for her/loving her like a grand daughter tells you they really are good people. Not every baby of an unwed mother gets accepted into her new husband's family as if it were their own, unfortunately. I think that KC will point the finger at her own mother if she thinks it will work. She had no problem telling everyone her parents were terrible, her dad was cheating, Lee tried to rape her...... and supposedly Lee is her one true confidant. She has no limits, so it is 100% possible she is saying that Jesse did it. Remember JB went to the judge and asked for and ex parte hearing because he didn't want to expose his trial strategy, new plans. I think this is his departure from the ZFG took the baby. The lawyer he brought on board is a ACCIDENT RECONSTRUCTION SPECIALIST, out of all the specialists ....this one? She may say Jesse accidentally let the baby drown and she has been covering for him because she loves him so and knows he loved Caylee. Or some random story.

Said this on another thread, sorry. Question bolded by me.... But I think she she wanted to collect DNA after she seduced him. Or have an intimate moment and then scream abuse/rape so it would set the tone of JG's frame of mind toward her and Caylee. He dodged a monsterous bullet by being not falling for her ruse. His Dad could see it and counseled him perfectly.

I thought he said she was in out. Seduction involves actually trying to seduce.
