Some of those expenditures are being criticized and we know that because of the fallen position of the Moon, who has made some wrong moves. That is, wrong in the sense of reprehensible. Too funny....the team also needed to go behind closed doors with the judge when talking about where the funds were coming from...I remember they said it was extremely confidential.......either the public would be outraged that she was funding her defense by actually feeding the media.....(how pathetic) considering Cindy kept going on about how "we" shouldn't have an opinion about her daughter etc....... when it is they who allowed it or the funds come from someone who the defense doesnt find useful to them or in KCs favor to let us know.........no one can change my mind......I still think that the father of this child was older, married and had money......maybe someone from Kodak

I'll tell you what I find funny. The Team wants a ruling excluding lay opinion. Jill Kerley had defamatory remarks for the private investigator about Roy Kronk and his culpability in this case. Defense elicited this "testimony" and sought to preserve it, so valuable did they find it. Jill Kerley is none other than a lay person.

JB your client did not feel there was an emergency she waited 31 days, however CA upon learning the baby had been "taken" by the nanny called 911 because she felt there was an immediate emergency. CA further backs this up with the statement that she was upset because there was no "Amber Alert" issued for Caylee.

This whole document is hurtful to KC's defense. What are they thinking?

I believe there's an article listed in our Casey Caylee Timed Stamped Thread which goes on to say once a defendant is determined indigent, the State has a schedule of payments allowed.
EX: A. Lyon & Jose might only qualify for $100. @ hr versus a $275-350. an hour rate.

Thanks Fifth...this question or statement was just posed by NG tonight regarding this subject.....interesting that the defense will have to take less money for their services from here on out and what that will mean for those that are in it for the money and fame.....there's very little money and a losing case so no fame.....a lose lose???

Also NG mentioned tonight that the A's got a total reported $300,000 for all the pics, videos, interviews etc.....the costs up till this point were $125,000 in legal fees......they went on vacation recently from a networks money...now I'm not great at math but you can't pay your mortgage for something like $780 a mth but there's an excess of $175,000 not allocated to expenses and they can't pay for her defense?

Also, one other point I want to mention. On NG tonight they talked about the last time GA saw Caylee, which he said was fathers day but when investigated, LE was told that CA had a big fight with KC the night before and that is when she left..............MOTIF....that's why they are lying about when that was!

The A's only received $20,000 for the 48 hours program. KC received the money for the pictures, not the A's.
