Some time after his wife, Susan Powell, disappeared on December 7, 2009, Josh Powell disabled access to his real estate web site. He also enjoyed people, electing to participate in many social activities, including among others: public speaking, campus politics, drama productions, and writing for the campus newspaper.

On Josh's http://susanpowell.org site under "Susan Powell Hairstylist: http://susanpowell.org/Pages/Susan_Powell/SusanCosmetologist.aspx in the fifth paragraph, last sentence, you will read this: Josh is a Quickbooks Certified Pro Advisor and has a degree in Business Administration.

Requests for verification of Josh Powell's business administration degree were sent to two colleges, Washington State University and University of Washington. Both colleges deny Josh Powell earned a degree:

It's one thing to lie on a self employed business site, puff yourself up and make yourself look real outstanding to potential clients, BUT to make such egregious statements on a website dedicated to your much beloved missing wife is beyond the pale. And really rather stupid, imo. He has to know that he is being picked apart and looked at under a microscope. It's not going to bode well for him if he is ever arrested and it becomes evidence (and it will) of his truthfulness. All of his statements will add up, and become part of his MO.

I hope someone saved screenshots of that susanpowell.org site.

Josh didn't just graduate, but was an outstanding student. His site said:

Just don't trust him to remember the days of the week.

The best way to save a website is to a .pdf file. I use Cute Pdf Writer which is freeware and downloadable from CNET, a reputable web site: http://download.cnet.com/CutePDF-Writer/3000-6675_4-10206470.html

Once you've installed it, all you do is go to each page you want to save to a .pdf file and print each page. Rather than selecting your physical printer, select Cute Pdf Writer. You can hold down the Ctrl key the press the "P" key, select "File" then "Print" up at the left hand corner of your browser or right click with your mouse on the page then select "Print". It's a snap!

If it's the same as on Windows 7, type "Snipping Tool" into a search of your computer and it should come up. Once you find it, click on the down arrow instead of "New" where you can choose "Full screen".

The icon is pair of scissors on a red oval circle. I hope that helps!

Found the answer to my own question from the Trib story about the fliers:

"Charlie and his 2-year-old brother, Braden, are in Washington with their father, Joshua Powell. Joshua Powell turns 34 years old on Wednesday." Since the story was written on Tuesday the 19th, that means Josh's birthday is 1/20/76.

Josh Powell did NOT earn a business administration degree from Eastern Washington University either!​

According to a reputable source who has written several articles for a major news paper about the Susan Cox Powell case, Josh Powell earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Eastern Washington University. According to this college's records, Josh Powell did NOT earn a degree while attending their institution. This is the THIRD college we websleuthers have received verification from that Josh Powell did NOT earn a degree!
