The attorney representing Casey Anthony, the Florida mother accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, is lashing out at a group of unidentified bloggers for allegedly lifting and republishing his Facebook photos.

"I had to take all of my copyrighted photos down from my FB," attorney Jose Baez wrote on his Facebook page, "because it has come to my attention that certain bloggers were taking these photos without authorization and posting them on their websites."

"I have a civil lawyer preparing a case and will post the resolution as soon as it happens," Baez wrote on his page, adding, "I am glad I did not post any information about my family, as I know these childlike individuals know no boundaries."

Perhaps...........the aforementioned "resolution" is in reference to an issue with the photo pixels?????? Did the photo not paint him in a positive light?

My suggestion to all lawyers......if you use Facebook.......don't mix business photos and friends with personal photos and friends. Some of the friends / photos I have seen on FB are just "begging" or perhaps I could say "plea(ding) for action.

FWIW....... it's one thing for a lawyer to use Social Media to get their name and business profile out there....but screening content and photos should be done with due diligence.

If JB wasn't going to complain or fight against the release of KC's jail letters.......why is this an issue ahem cough gag........non issue???

I saw his FB photos once - boring...some sailing photos, etc. He had them open to the PUBLIC. Anyone who knows FB knows you can set your photo settings to "friends only". Come on, the dude is an attorney! If he doesn't know how to set his FB settings, how is he going to get ICA off?

I can't see a case out of this at all....just more attention seeking...
