Friends, who worked out with Terri Horman at that 24-Hour Fitness, testified before a grand jury Monday.

According to sources, the friends were not extremely close to Terri but they were close enough that Terri often confided in them with issues from her home.

On Joy Behar's show tonight, the former LE officer who has been commenting on the case (didn't get his name) said that Dede was called before the Grand Jury but she didn't testify. Transcripts are not up yet, but I will link when they become available.

That link is only for a blog. Although I would assume the teacher would, has it been mentioned in MSM? I only saw where the article where the principle did.

That article mentions 3 friends from the 24-Hour Fitness but no names:

"Three grand jury witnesses declined to speak with reporters outside the Multnomah County Courthouse Monday. All three, according to sources, are members of that 24-Hour Fitness."​

Wonder if that is in addition to the ones already on the list?

The landscaper in the alleged murder-for-hire plot involving Terri Horman testified before the grand jury, sources told KOIN Local 6.

In a story first reported by The Oregonian, Terri Horman allegedly tried to hire a landscaper to kill Kaine Horman six to seven months before Kyron Horman disappeared.

KL6 has confirmed investigators used an undercover agent on June 26 in an effort to get Terri to open up about the alleged plot. When the agent and the landscaper arrived at the Horman residence on Northwest Sheltered Nook Road that evening, Terri called 911 to report trespassers on the property, foiling the sting.

Law enforcement has not commented about the sting or whether it resulted in any evidence useful in their investigation.

According to retired Portland Police Capt. C.W. Jensen, the grand jury is looking at this because it paints them a picture of Terri's character.

Yes--Bruce McCain revealed that DS was subpoened but did not give testimony on the Joy Behar show several days ago:

ROBINSON: But right now Dede Spicher isn`t being called a suspect, correct?

MCCAIN: Nobody`s called a suspect at this point. But Dede Spicher is probably up to her eyeballs in some no good here. She was call before the grand jury, did not give testimony, but that certainly got her attention.
