TY! Mallory Parker is listed twice...details details...tsk tsk...
 
Mallory Parker is on there twice. And the Medical Examiner is on there. And do all these "friends" who probably want to have nothing to do with her have to agree to be her witness?
 
You didn't wait in that horrific line at the courthouse this morning to get that, did you?! Since yesterday was a holiday, the line was all the way out to the street just to get through security! (saw it on the news...no, I wasn't in trouble! :) )

No, I went there about 3 PM, no line at all. :)

Now I may have to go back, because the state just filed something!! :eek:

Good thing you live close to the courthouse! I don't know why they don't just have them ready for you as soon as something is filed. They should know by now that you'll want a copy!

I can't wait for the trial to start. I need to find a baliff to flirt with who will hold me (us) seats! :floorlaugh:

I don't see any reason to keep any of these names secret? Aren't they going to call any experts?
 
Wait muzikman, the defense has until 5pm to file the expert witness statement!
Deadline was today for one of them :)

Some of the people could be her former teachers etc...from elementary school to high school..

I saw a partial penalty phase witness list with names of MD's, specialists..
will go look for it...

You know who in not listed..............not one of those reluctant witnesses from Ohio. Judge Perry was wise not to want to throw good money after bad funding PI trips to the Ohio relatives, unannounced, univited, after the folks already flaty refused to speak to them on the phone. Based on results...his insticts were correct.


By the way , just because someone is listed, is NO indication they agreed to testify at the penalty phase. NONE

Of course they wont be calling those
shot girls from Fusion;
Tony's room mates she bought beer for and smoked weed with;
Tony L and certainly not booty call Tony R.;
Amy and Ricardo, or various beer buddies.

It will be Annie, Holly, mom and pop, Lee and Mallory, the church lady that sits with Cindy in the hearings, the local minister, psychologists the defense hires that wind up taking to the stand to regail us with stories of her sex addiction and ugly coping.

The other folks it would be suicide to call, and they will NOT call them. MOO

IMO, Casey probably made AF add them to the list.
Wonder why they don't have the IMAGINANNY on the list..seeing as the list looks like most of it is designed to fool the public into believing all her friends stand behind her.
