The computer seized in Big Spring contained “approximately 108,498 pictures depicting deviant acts,” according to the document. The computer was described as a Dell Inspiron 530 containing a Western Digital 500-gigabyte hard drive.

I didn't know they had confirmed that what was on the flash came from the computer at his moms.

They haven't yet, as far as I know, but chances are that if he has bestiality and child *advertiser censored* in his bedroom, then if there is the same thing on that family computer, it is probably his. imo

Seems very unlikely the mom's husband/bf would willingly hand over a computer to LE that he knew had 108,000 *advertiser censored* images contained on it......especially if they were connected to him in any way...

It's something to be considered by those who are still being manipulated by her. Proceed with caution. Those close to her, in that city, could be manipulated right into criminal charges against themselves.

I don't want to think this, but if the computer was mom's, did LE have the right to take it? Would dad be able to hand it over? Or was the search warrant good for any and all computers in the home?

If the images on the flashkey came from the mothers' computer, then the time stamp for the "last time" someone looked at the files might be identical as to day and time.

If the files have the same names as well as dates - Bingo! :behindbar

Mom voluntarily gave them her computer. LE began to mirror the hard drive when she had second thoughts and demanded it be returned immediately, at which point LE declared it evidence and refused.

And if every one of the 320 on the flash drive is also on Mom's PC, that would convince a reasonable jury.

I'm sorry you've been sick.

When this broke last night I felt so cold, like I'd never be warm again and had to go to bed and try to sleep because of work.

This is such a heart breaking, gut wrenching case.

PRISCILLA LUONG, KTAB CORRESPONDENT: Well, Nancy, we obtained two affidavits today that reveal what electronic items were taken from the Dunns` house. We learned that several MP3 players, a CD, a flash drive was taken of Hailey`s. And we also learned through another affidavit that Shawn`s laptop was also seized in the investigation.

GRACE: Now, wasn`t he using his mom`s computer?

LUONG: Well, Nancy, that was not revealed inside the affidavit, so we`re unable to confirm those details with law enforcement.

And the flash drive is her's (and his). If it were run-of-the-mill *advertiser censored* on the flash drive in Billie's dresser drawer (in the back corner) in the bedroom Billie shares with Shawn, not many would be doubting that the images on the flash stick were viewed by Billie.

IMO, because she's a female and there are images of bestiality and child *advertiser censored* on that flash stick in her drawer in her bedroom, it's uncomfortable to accept that Billie is a co-owner of that flash stick and she's viewed the images on it---with Shawn.

That she's a female, doesn't make me cut her a break that she's not grown to share his sexual obsessions.

No one would have handed that puter over willingly if they personally had downloaded/accessed the child *advertiser censored* because possession of child *advertiser censored* is illegal.
And LE forensics can figure out, with time, who the *advertiser censored* belongs to. Remember it was a computer forensics that led to the capture of BTK.

I can't help but think there are snuff films on it too. He's too twisted. He thinks with his lower head and Bd's in love with it.
